This.
Is this from seeing the first set of pictures in my original post or the second set I posted at the bottom of page 1? Just checking!

May I ask what are you treating that thrush with? That central sulcus still looks pretty gross. :

Thrush buster.
My farrier just told me yesterday he doesn't think its thrush that it is an infection and wants me to put Lysol on it. I had never heard of that but am definitely willing to give anything a shot at this point!

Thrush Buster has never worked at all for me, use the mastitis medicine in a syringe or mix neosporin and athletes foot cream half and half and use a syringe to squirt it down in that crack. IMO, the breakover still needs to be back a little, you can drag the shoe back without having to file all the toe wall off.

This is what you need.
Getting the frog healthy will help those heels recover. He needs to open the back of the shoe up so it isn't sitting on the frog.
The trim does look better than your original pictures.

Thanks for the suggestions ladies! Will definitely talk with the farrier about getting the shoe off the frog and seeing about a better break over point & definitely getting some of the mastitis stuff!! I for sure want to get this one all fixed all.
