So tragic. So sad. My heart goes out to her. What a loss.

 
Jana is ok. Per a comment from Jana on FB: She ruptured a major vessel and bled out. Assuming when she slipped on the second barrel, ruputured something in her pelvis and she began to carry her hind leg and I was unable to stop her in the arena.She did not fall and carried me until she could. We lost her in the trailer.
