I Got Bugs in My Jiggy
My Jet is Bugged
(You still feeling ok??)
I'm doing pretty good. Still have a lot of tightness through my upper back and around my left shoulder blade. Haven't had a truly bad day pain wise in a while though. Still have issues with the tightness at the base of the head/top of the neck and weekly to bi weekly migranes. Still a huge leap in the right direction to be able to ride without being in agony! I still have pain but it's definitely not as bad!
I was hoping you were still feeling pretty good after your ride! You and Sean seem to have the almost exact same response and issues--- I pray yours continues to get better each time. . . |

I have a follow up appointment with the Spine Dr on Monday. I'm not really quite sure what to tell him. I honestly don't think the injection helped but maybe it did and that combined with the new massage therapist is what's beneficial. Idk. |

Location: California | Spent some time today with this guy!
Checking out my mom (she's 5'3")
I was joking the other day and said he's "Gonzo!" And that is about to be his barn name if nothing else fits better. Lol
ETA: He is actually pretty muscular and thick in person. My photos aren't flattering. Lol

Serenity06 - 2017-04-19 10:00 AM I will definitely do that! I guess my 2 are pretty quirky. Never really gave it much thought. Lol
I didn't mean it negatively at all!! I think they are beautiful. And the baby pictured is a hunk. Β Β
I didn't take it negatively at all! Just made me realize mine are pretty quirky. Lol. He is a hunk! I went out to this friends place to go riding and eye balled him. Then she kept posting pics and videos and I am now infatuated! My mare has some lameness issues that are ongoing and have now progressed so I no longer feel comfortable breeding her. So this guy popped up at the right time and is really exactly what I was wanting out of my mare! |

Yep! He will be coming to live with me! We'll actually his dam and him will be. It's a package deal or my friend was keeping him. Lol. So my stepfather will be getting the mare and the colt is mine! If i don't settle on something else soon his barn name will be Gonzo! Lol |

Location: on the fine line between insanity and geniusness | I suck at naming things, probably one reason I don't breed anything and buy them with names!!! I just wanted to say how stinking cute that dang baby is! |

Location: In a happy place | What a beautiful colt! If you can get this colt I would do that rather than go through breeding your own. You know what this one is...and he IS nice. I haven't really come up with something for a name yet but I was thinking something like Skytop High or Skytop Jigger. |

That thought process was a huge deciding factor as well! While I absolutely LOVE the gelding by my mare, I really wasn't looking forward to all the bills and worry associated with the process of breeding. This guy is exactly what I was hoping for, just different bloodlines. I am 100% infatuated with him! |

After seeing all of the pictures of him I can see why you would love him so much. I have just seen how much work it is to breed a mare and raise that baby till you can ride it. I am more of a faint of heart horse person so that has always been hard for me. I have done it but there have been some heartbreaking days involved. |

Off thread just a touch. . .
What you just said is what scares me soo much about breeding our mare. I've never done babies or breeding before. The stud is an own son of Haidas Little Pep that belongs to one of my closest friends, so the stud fee isn't the issue. But I worry about all that could go wrong with Two and if something happened to her just because I wanted a foal from her---I think I would never get over it. Or if the baby got here and then something happened to it. . . I just think of all the things that COULD go wrong. |
