Location: Kansas | Mine had 3 rides and was doing great, but stifle issue and can't be ridden anymore. So kicked out on 400 acres with a bunch of cow/calf pairs to grow more to become a broodmare :( |

Location: North Dakota | I lucked out, as my brother in law is quite the colt starter in his spare time. He has about 30 rides on our 2 year old colt and sounds like its going very well. Dragging logs and riding out through the pastures. I'll ranch ride him this summer and maybe look at the pattern this fall. No rush for us. |

Location: Randolph, Utah | Mine is standing in a pen looking pretty.
He'll go get started in about a month. I need to get going with saddling him and letting him stand tied up. He's dog gentle and has spent the last 2 winters being tied up every day and played with. We're riding his full brother right now and loving him, he's 3. Mine don't have to be futurity horses but if they're running well as 5 year olds I might consider entering them. |

ha ha...same here. Mine moves really nice...around the round bale. However, the client horses are riding real nice! Need to stop riding outside horses.....hard to say no...oh well, we will catch up! That's why we raise and buy the ones that are "born broke". |

My 2 two-year olds are halter broke!
They go to the trainer to get broke in mid-January. I have saddled them and lunged them, that's all. I do haul to the farrier every 5 weeks, so they both load and unload nice.

| Mine turned out super nice. Super soft in the face. Good shoulder and hip control. Lope both directions, picks up leads perfectly, sliding stop, ride her up the road, open/close gates, the beginings of a spin, and this was all in just 30 days. Now she's on the once a week program, since it gets dark so early.

Location: CTX | Mine is halter broke, stands tied like a champ, gets his feet done every 6 weeks. He loads but we still have to work on unloading.... Will be getting him used to a saddle in the spring, then off to someone to put the first rides on him. |

| Mine had 60 days July and August with reining trainer. I have been riding her on the trails all summer and she is trotting the pattern. Will give her off December and start back up in January. |

Location: ND | I put 12 rides on mine this summer, wanted to do more but life got in the way. She's a doll! We're just walking & trotting, changing directions real smooth, solid pivot both ways, stopping, backing, soft lin the face and riding out in the open on her own. She should pick up real nice in the spring from where she is now!
