She's going to go to the post office and see if they can track it but didn't insure it but if they can say I didn't get it she'll refund my money............holding my breath!!!  Western Union has started a fraud investigation and wants me to contact my local law enforcement so they can contact hers and get something started.................hopefully she'll come through and refund my money!!
She hasn't given me a date...........just said she "mailed it"!!! |

Nope, just agreeing to how manys times we have heard that excuse of someone losing a number to who ever they were suppose to have sold something to. So this girl you bought a saddle from she didnt give you a tracking number are the date it was suppose to have been sent on? How long has it been since you payed for the saddle? |

Location: The best kept secret in TX | I don't know Brandy but I do know if you don't insure with USPS they will magically lose your package and then weeks or months later "find" it.
Next time you buy use PayPal and have them send you an invoice. Pay the invoice and request they use FedEx for saddles or that they insure the package. Paypal requires tracking numbers on all items that are marked "shipped". If you don't get your items you can open a claim. If the seller doesn't post a tracking number then you can get your money back pretty easily. If the tracking number provided is fake or if it is never delivered, lost, etc then you can get your money back. If the tracking number says refused Paypal won't refund. IF the tracking number says delivered and you never got your package they help you open a claim with the freight company or mail service. PayPal is great.
At the same time if you are a seller and never upload a tracking number but send the item the buyer can easily say they didn't receive the item and PayPal will credit them the money back from your account. |

Location: Dearing, GA | If she paid for shipping with a credit or debit card, she can call the bank/credit card company and have them pull a receipt, which she can then take to USPS and they can track her package that way. There are no excuses. |

Location: North MS | USPS tracks all packages now. Pretty much everything except first class mail has a tracking number these days. |

| I hope you did go to your local police and file a report as Western Union requested. For what it's worth, do a google search on the individual selling to see if anything pops up that could be an indication of whether the sell is worth taking a gamble on.
