I'd figure out which stud within that price range you like the best and that is payable into as many eligible incentives as possible. I'd probably go with Bullseye Bullion because Lanie and the Dunns are going to do an amazing job promoting him.

This would be my choice. SBL has proven himself over and over as a sire and he has already crossed well on both DTF and FWF mares. His owner is a gem and great to work with. I've got 2 SBLs coming in 2019 and breeding back to him as well.

But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Sire is Bogie Biankus and dam is a daughter of Maudies Joak who is out of a daughter of Chicks Etta Deck. that's some cool old school stuff.
