I would say Coronado Cartel but 3k budget puts him outta reach for 2019. I'd figure out which stud within that price range you like the best and that is payable into as many eligible incentives as possible.
I'd probably go with Bullseye Bullion because Lanie and the Dunns are going to do an amazing job promoting him.

If you're wanting to go cowhorse, Metallic Al is a pretty cool dude.

If she were mine, it would be Royal Shake Em
I would also consider Streakin Boon Dox or Irish Pay.

Not real sure whether Royal Shake Em will be standing to the public this year.

His fee for 2019 is $4K

I was told if they stand to the public it will be to a very small number of mares and there is a list already.
For what ever that is worth.

My first thought was Smoke N Sparks. Also like my Fly the Red Eye colt a bunch. Shawne Bug leo is running a $500 off special right now. That puts him right at the $3000 mark.

SNS is not all that user friendly
SBL is actually a pretty solid choice for that mare.

Thank you everyone. I think I've narrowed it down these three.
Bullseye Bullion
Shawne Bug Leo
Paddys Irish Whiskey

I agree. This would be my choice. SBL has proven himself over and over as a sire and he has already crossed well on both DTF and FWF mares. His owner is a gem and great to work with. I've got 2 SBLs coming in 2019 and breeding back to him as well.

I know it's a little off but I like a horse that can go rope as well.

Of course there's others, but Bring It On Guys
(out of a PIW mare
) is doing pretty well for Sabra O'Quinn right now, so I wouldn't blow a Paddys Irish Whiskey off as a barrel horse. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I'm more from the cutting/cowbred side, so I love that you're leaning towards PIW. Don't think you can go wrong

Maybe Irish Pay if you like the Paddys Irish Whiskey?
Another stud I just run across that has an interesting mix of older blood is Roller and a Shaker. Sire is Bogie Biankus and dam is a daughter of Maudies Joak who is out of a daughter of Chicks Etta Deck. that's some cool old school stuff.

SBL would be the most solid choice and the most marketable by far Whether to sell or to breed later on.
