I found something today in my reading of an article about this charade. It made made me re-evaluate my formerly VERY low opinion of Cohen.
“What many of you may not be aware of is the fact that I can personally confirm that the ONLY reason Michael Cohen ‘turned on’ the President of the United States is because Mueller threatened to throw his wife in jail for up to 30 years. Period. She is the co-guarantor of a $20M personal loan that Mueller discovered Michael secured back in 2015 by falsely inflating the value of his taxi medallions – effectively making her part & parcel to the federal charge of ‘Making False Statements to a Financial Institution,’ to which Cohen ultimately pleaded guilty.”

He was taking the hit for something that his wife could have also gone to prison for.
Maybe he does deserve just a little sympathy.................. { } this much.

Is there a lawyer in the world that's not a crook if they think they can get away with it? We have had and still have a government FULL of people with law degrees. Look at the mess we're in. Do you know personal details of every person you do business with? Sometimes all we need are people who will get the job done. We don't do personal background checks on them. What Mueller did (raiding Cohens office, home, etc...) looking for dirt on Trump is illegal as hell. Think client/attorney priviledge. What will they do about that? |

There are some people who are reporting the truth. Some people at Fox are doing pretty good jobs but they are days or weeks behind what's really happening. Most good truthful news sources are in alternative media. Not MSM or even on TV. You have to dig for them. Once you find them, stick with them. But most of all use your own brain. What makes sense and what doesn't make sense. |

I agree with your statement of where is the news.
But on top of that, where is the racism?
I suppose racism is subjective? I believe Trump is a racist. My client base is pretty close to 50% black. To a person they say they believe Trump is a racist. The KKK celebrates Trump as one of them. He says he is not. They say he just has to say that publically. Now a person that knows Trump and worked closely with Trump says that Trump is a racist. Contestants on the apprentice say that Trump made racist comments regularly and that there are recordings. They have tried to get the recordings made public but it's not been allowed. Why wouldn't Trump tell the studio to release the recordings if they would clear his name? Maybe it's all smoke? But again, it doesn't matter to the Trump voters either way. They don't care. This whole thing now is just political posturing. It lets the dumbass republicans make a show of feigned support. It lets the dumbass democrats make a show of feigned indignation. And they all get to be on TV while doing it. |

Cohen really does just need to shut up and put down the shovel. He said he would entertain a book deal in the future. He is unreal.
I told my husband that Cohen is like the most heinous, prolithic serial killer on record that suddenly is reformed and found God.
Good grief.
Just saying, you might investigate the history of Paul in the Bible. He was pretty much this. Killed many Christians and then was suddenly reformed. I am not watching the video and have no dog in the fight. I just found the comparison to maybe not mean quite what you would like it to because of Paul. |
