Not wanting to start rumors but LOL I have heard a couple of places that it is believed China implanted the virus to cut their population down

That was my first thought when I saw they arrested that Doctor because he was trying to warn citizens about it. At the rate it's going though even the number of current deaths I don't think it would make enough of a dent in their population to consider it being that purpose, unless it keeps killing people for a long time from now. I lived with a girl from there in college and hearing about how they live there, it just amazes me how they do it. We each had a bedroom around 12x15 in size maybe and she was freaked out by the space. Said thats how big her whole apartment was and 14 of them lived there. She said that's normal over there which blows my mind. I always knew they packed them in, but not to that extent. So overpopulated its crazy. So it wouldn't surprise me if the government did try to do something since limiting the number of children they could have didn't seem to work.  

Probably explains their lack of personal space boundaries. I swear I had a few encounters where they stand so close to me in line somewhere,  like I could feel them breathing. I like my space and need lots of it. That's their "normal" I've seen the subway videos

We have a couple of Chinese Restaurants here in Seguin and all the people that work in them are all Chinese and own these Restaurants but I have never seen them anywhere in town just at the restaurant, maybe I have ran into one owner about two times at wal mart. But never any where else, my granddaughter had a class mate from Hong Kong but the family moved to New York last year, the little girl was so behind in school since her family moves so much, she was a 11 year old in with 8 year olds in school. But they were a big family and all lived in a smaller home with all the Grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, moms, Dads and so on, they are a different culture for sure. Bong Lee is the little girls name and is the sweetest and super shy little girl she was just starting to come out of her shell and then her family moved again, so sad.

Yeah, the way they live makes it so easy for something like the coronavirus to hit quick and hard. 

The people that own the chinese buffet in my town seem to only speak enough english to get by at the restaurant and they all live upstairs. You occasionally see them walking down the street at night when they're closed, but otherwise you won't see them anywhere. I think they just eat their restaurant food & the supply truck comes every week. I'm happy they're here though because they have the best chinese I've had anywhere lol 

When is the trip to Hawaii going to be? Hopefully it will all be under cortrol when they go on their Honeymoon.

The Hispanic people down here stand right on top of you and often tread on your heels or hit you with their purse when they move when you are standing in line at stores. I have them bump me with their carts. I don't think they are being mean, they just don't seem to be aware of personal space. I do shoot them dirty looks and have said a sarcastic " Excuse YOU!" They just look at you uncomprehendingly. 

They wed the 29th and leave the 2nd I believe. . .I'm SOOOO not ready for this emotionally!!!  I just pray they are safe and have a ball. 

The first case of the Coronavirus at Lackland Air Force base in San Antonio, one of the people that are being quarantine there is confirmed. Think goodness for the quarantine..

254 dead in one day in China.  Concern about how many may be ill in North Korea and Kim won't own up to it.

China's covert biological warfare program is ran through a labratory in Wuhan.  A former Israeli military intelligence officer who specialized in looking into Chinese bio warfare did an interview with the Washington Times, and he said there was a good chance that the new strain escaped from there inadvertently.  

The other theory is that the infection came from eating raw or undercooked bat meat from the authentic meat market in Wuhan.  You can buy your meat there "warm," meaning it was just killed.  Since it was the Chinese New Year, lots of tourists were visiting the market to see the traditional style of Chinese culture, and that's why so many people were infected right off the bat.

The Coronavirus has a 2% death rate, comparable to the flu.  1,300 people have died from the Coronavirus this year (most all in China, where many still rely on "traditional" medicine there, such as tiger bones or whiskers), and in comparison, 10,000 people have died from the flu.  So, no, you don't want it, but it's also not like the Bubonic Plague.

The only reason this is being so blown up by the media is because hearing about the new strain of an illness is scary = people tune into the news to see what's going on = networks make more money.

While they're blaming varmits, there's also an armadillo type critter called the pangolin that they don't eat but they harvest the scales from for medicine (Chinese love to do that)........anyway it's possible this rodent might be a carrier.

Yes mam--I'm stressed and emotional and a wreck. . . 

My fireworks manufacturer wanted me to buy them $2,000 worth of facial masks and ship them to China to protect them in their area.  I searched around the country and couldn't find a supply to buy because they are being limited to regular customers, Ect.  The funny thing is all the desposable facial masks and the N95 masks are all manufactured in China.  Four of the largest manufactures of facial masks are in the Wuhan, China area, where the virus started.

......and two different doctors interviewed on TV said the masks don't do any good.  They can keep out dust and dirt but not germs of this nature.  I've worn them before mowing and could barely stand breathing into them.   

My neighbor who is a doctor said she thinks China intentionally released virus

I saw that to about the Doctors talking about the face masks, most are useless unless they are fitted to your face the right way.. But most dont.. 

That is such a scary thought
