I think I am going to go with the used 2008 Elite. It has an 11ft short wall, 8ft wide, 3 horse slants with all the bells and whistles. It does show some age in minor places but otherwise in mint condition! It has laminate interior and some places it has wrinkle on the walls in the corner. Is that a bad thing? You can barely notice, but I went over the trailer with a fine tooth comb. What do you guys think is a fair price on this trailer?
Thats a nice looking trailer. the price I really dont know, but for what I have seen for sale around here they were going from anywhere from 40,000 to 50,000.. They hold their value...

Why smaller living quarter ? From what size you in now to how small?
My LQ is a 14' short wall. I got that big because we are a family of 4 plus dogs and wanted to camp in it up to a week at a time. My husband inherited some money, our kids are older and bigger, so we bought a 5th wheel and aren't all camping in the horse trailer anymore. I would like to have a 4 horse, but I don't want a trailer payment so I'll probably keep this one a while longer. Other than being a 3 horse it's my dream trailer.
