Location: East Tennessee | This is all very unnerving. I am facebook friends with this girl. I don't know her personally but she was asking about my stallion yesterday and a colt I have for sale. Great I wonder whats going to happen with that information!?
Has she ever gone by the name Nicole Taylor????
If she has I know that she is close to Chattanooga, TN.
I picked up a horse from her and delivered it to some people. When we delivered it they informed us that was not the horse they bought. I don't know exactly where she lives they met us at a Hardees. Which we have had people meet us before so there was no red flag. Now that it has happened we take pics of the horses we pick up and send to the buyers. I never want to go throught that crap again.

That is one of her alias's on the Facebook group dedicated to her. I know your a new NBHA director and last year she did try to come to shows up this way thinking no one would notice her. She came to the state show but Pam took care of it. She steals tack at shows and has really cleaned up before because hardly anyone locks their stuff up at local shows. Make sure your gate and entry people know to watch for her and her boyfriend. |

Location: Florida | Wow this has been an interesting novel, I mean thread, to read. =)
Everyone who has been scammed need to file a complaint (fraud, etc) with the State Attorney's Office. I'm no lawyer, but I also believe that if she is operating like this through multiple states that it becomes a federal crime....
Start here: http://www.justice.gov/actioncenter/report-crime
I am sure if the D.A.'s office gets enough complaints they will have to act...
Her victims dont want to file "civil" complaints, bc she could just file bankruptcy and poof its gone, but criminal (restitution) she cannot get rid of...
Sometimes it also helps reporting her to the local news stations & papers (where she lives), they eat stuff like this up.

Location: Madill Ok | UMMMM That grey horse actually looks like a horse I sold someone a few years ago and then she scammed them out of him. That horse was then sold to someone in texas, she no longer owns or has that horse. That is an old photo as far as I remember. Beware.

| My friend called FBI fraud dept. They told her that it had to be a crime over 50,000 for them to get involed or look into it. That's probably how she gets away with her scams!!! |
