For that buck to come out this afternoon! They are fixing to head out!

| HE GOT ONE!!! HE GOT ONE!!! THANK YOU JESUS! !!! I got the text, I was cooking spaghetti in my kitchen and I looked at my phone and I started hollering and jumping up n down, my daughter ran out to see if I had set the kitchen on fire lol!!! I'm so happy for Jacob, he's so stinkin excited too, I talked to him on the phone I could hear the smile on his face!!! Big beautiful 8pt he took down all by himself... my hubby said he sighted in on him and shot him all by himself and dropped him... thank you thank you thank you!!!! Made Jacobs weekend!!! Pics to come!!! |

Absolutely! He's already at the taxidermy! Jacob has a spot picked out too on our wall. My husband is over there now skinning him and getting him ready to process. |

| I haven't updated in a while, things have been a little crazy around here. My husband came down with the flu on Monday so I've been on major cleaning and sanitizing duty! Keeping him isolated in our room... constantly washing hands and spraying lysol! Jacob goes in for his 6th and last scheduled chemo treatment, for the time being, tomorrow at 1pm. Then on Monday we go in for his scan to see what the chemo did. We should know something by the end of the day Monday or early Tuesday.. that's going to be a huge day for us, as we wait for results. That scan will determine our next step.. surgery will definitely follow to remove the tumor. We met with the radiation team and they are wonderful. They couldn't elaborate too much because everything is going to depend on the scan but the radiation will most likely be a daily treatment, which should only take a few minutes. |
