Murphy - 2014-03-18 7:24 AM I received the DVD yesterday, put it in the pre-paid envelope and sent it back. I wasn't sure if I kept it that they would charge me, so back in the mail it went. I noticed the return address was located in PA, which is odd considering AQHA is in TX.
Hey Murphy - the return address on mine is from Minneapolis, MN. That's really weird. I thought the same thing, HQ is Texas.
Got mine in KS today and just wrote across it return to sender and dropped it right back at the post office. It was from MN. |

I'm not very happy with them - maybe I'm just grouchy but don't send me something without me asking for it and then expect me to PAY for it. I have enough going on without having to go to the post office to return this! (There, I'm off my soapbox)! 
Yep we got one. What a waste of time and money. We sent ours back without watching it. I nearly threw it away thinking it was junk mail. |

Location: where the wind blows | I didn't get one but hearing this annoys the heck out of me. It cost a flipping fortune to go to AQHA shows and AQHA wastes how much money on this? Can't imagine the postage fees sending these out and return fees. Not to mention the AQHA website says I won an award in 2013 for the Justin Intermediate rider for my province. Says I won a buckle and boots. Have yet to see anything direct from AQHA on this. It's March. Instead of spending time mailing a dvd to people who didn't ask for it look after the people who support your shows. Just my vent. |

Envelope looks like an invoice from AQHA I still don't think this was a smart or kind thing for AQHA or this programpartners to pull... I did call the customer service and asked to be removed from all future mailings. |

On a related note..........what ticks me off is the ridiculous "Chrome" magazine from APHA. What a waste of members money!! Why can't either Assoc. do something positive to help the breed and the members?? |

| I never got the video but the other day I got a notice saying I had and please pay for it but the last line said we know you don't have to pay for it because you didn't order it so keep it as a gift! WTF Wake up AQHA |

Location: kentucky | I was fuming when I got the dvd in the mail and read that I would be charged and immediately called the number on there and she told me it was a complimentary dvd and to keep it there was no charge. I was livid that AQHA would take it upon themselves to do something without my permission amd make me go out of my way to mail the crap back but that wasn't the case |

Location: In The Land of Cotton | I sent mine back yeserday. I was going to keep it just for the first aid part. However, it was only a preview. So, that didn't work. If you had kept it, they were going to do the "automatic" thing of sending you one every month or so and charge you full price. Reminds me of the "tape of the month" club they used to have in Sunday papers. |

| So apparently, when I wrote return to sender on mine ... something didn't connect because I got a letter from AQHA this weekend saying that I needed to return the dang thing. Phone calls shall commence and I am NOT happy about this whole thing ... |
