AGREED! The squeaky wheel gets the oil! Stay on them and Do NOT back down until that horse is removed and given care!! Thank you for getting something done! Poor horse(s).

Not yet. Getting ready to run out that way around 2-3pm. I have contacted a few more rescues and chatted with a few ladies about what could be done, they are willing to help if I can get them pictures (they are all over 3 hours away). I have yet to see the horse out in the open again but Im hoping its just because of the weather change and they are sticking to the backside of the pasture close to the barn... I am really hoping they haven't just locked the mare up in a stall.

Did you find anything out about the mare today? Hope that you got what you needed.

Well, I have no answers or updates. Mare still hasn't been seen out again. I'm hoping they did the right thing and put her down. I really grilled the property owners when I first saw her so hopefully they gave the daughter the ultimatum to have her put down (both property owners said they knew it needed done!). I will still continue checking in on them even if just to see I spot a backhoe to bury her...
