I dont think throwing down is called for, I think throwing every last one of them out of this country is a good place to start.
How do you do that? Throw all Arabs out? Throw all Muslims out?

No I'm not. I'm Christian, but my grandfather was Muslim and he immigrated here in 1910. I'm 1/2 Lebanese. Do we kick all African American Muslims out? My point is. Don't think we need to make some wide sweep and clear out all Muslims....that is called bigotry.
I do believe we all originated from over there, no?
And Im fine with being called a bigot, better that than a dead flower child and until they condemn "their own" people they should be shipped back. Didnt we all see the video with the lady talking about the "silent majority"? If not ill post it tomorrow.
Take a look at Europe and the hell they are causing over there with the small percentages they have.

I understand what you are saying, and I honestly don't think you are a bigot. We can deal with this without stooping to THEIR level. For one thing, we don't have to allow people from the Middle East into this country. We don't have to take thousands of Somali refugees either. I would dump that in the lap of the UN. So someone tell me what the solution is. Is there anything short of turning the Middle East into a parking lot that will guarantee a solution? Any thoughts as to the collateral damage (a few zillion dead innocent bystanders)?Â
If we don't mobilize the world and get after this now, then that could very well happen. If we had a leader who had balls and was resolute, there's a good chance that a REAL coalition could be established to hunt these bastards down and eliminate them. George HW Bush did it when the threat to the civilized world was far less back then. Now the threat can't be denied. We need a leader to go to work for us. | |

I don't believe everyone originated there either... Certainly the Aboriginals from central and south America as well as Austrailia did not. I have doubts about the Africans as well.. | |

Hell no I do not want to send troops back to that hell hole. I just think that may be the only solution. They want to kill us, they want to annihilate the USA, and we cannot trust Mexico. They already have one of our Marines over a border misunderstanding, (but that's a different story entirely) what makes you think they give a rat's ass about the US? Hell, our own President doesn't give a rat's ass about us either. He has known about ISIS for over a year. He has no solution. You have heard nothing I've said... You have no argument to sustain your wild beliefs.. The terrorists could not possibly show them even as much as they make in a day from money coming out of this country. Being a devil's advocate here .... but didn't "someone" step in to confront and stop the threats. Thus, they never really made it off the ground?
I think ISIS has already made some MAJOR plays by killing people - also, didn't Switzerland and France pay ISIS for prisoners? As long as they continue that mess, ISIS will be funded and continue their upward momentum.

Well... Don't get me started on France... I don't know about the Swiss.. Our long standing policy, and I believe the correct one, is to not deal with terrorists.. Do it once and it opens the door. We see proof of that when Obozo made that trade, 5 for 1, and I think that's why the pressure is being put on NOW! They think we will fold again and as long as that simpleton is in control we prolly will!! The terrorists on 9/11 didn't come in via Mexico... We let them in through our own airports... I know of no terrorist acts committed in this country by people that came in via Mexico... Maybe I'm wrong, but I consider a porous southern border a threat to our national security and a very realistic potential portal of entry for terrorists. What you are saying is pure supposition. I don't think many people share your optimism that Mexico can secure our southern border, Komet. Maybe I'm wrong, but I consider a porous southern border a threat to our national security and a very realistic potential portal of entry for terrorists. What you are saying is pure supposition. I don't feel comfortable with that.
I'm not trusting them to secure our southern border... I'm trusting them secure their Northern border as well as others... We've seen how well they can do THAT! As someone already said, they arrested a marine that accidentally crossed it with a gun. They let Latinos in their southern border and out their northern one because they are just doing what Mexicans themselves are doing.. Looking for a better life. But I very much doubt they would turn a blind eye to Muslim terrorists bent on doing harm. | |
