I have heard so many good things about him and about Amy with breeding to mares. :) Tres My Fame is still on the list too, just looking at all options. :) May consider Famous Charmer, but he looks like he has an awful short back for my mare, JMO. Opinions on that too would be great!
Tres My Fame is on my short list also...want to breed to him before his fee goes sky high |

El Scorcho is awesome (I'm picking up one of his colts next month. SQUEEEE), but I'm not sure she will be standing him to outside mares next year. You'd have to ask Jennifer.
I really like Streaking Ta Fame. A friend of mine has a gorg FSTV baby this year.Â
I also very very much like the John Fame filly I saw. She was absolutely stunning. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10204036570571371&set=o.201108020066449&type=1
LOVE JOHN FAME! Saw him in person this last May and MAN O MAN what a good looking guy. and his babies are REALLY performers! I have 2 Due for next April I Couldn't be more excited!
I ALSO have a Streaking Ta Fame foal due in May out of my Pritzi Dash Daughter. Another one i'm over the moon about!
I tried to breed my Meter Me GOne daughter to STF as well, but that mare didnt want to cycle right when it got hot. So next year I will catch her!
I've been wanting some DTF bred horses and Now I'll have THREE due for 2016! Needless to say I'm pretty excited about it all! |

We bred to him this year rather then ASOF. He has a great pedigree, his Dam is and was a heck of a mare, he's got the color, and he is better balanced and ( straight from the horses mouth) better minded then his sire, ASOF. I like your idea, thank you! I looked him up and it says frozen semen only...does that have the same motility or is a special process required? Not as familiar with that. It depends on if he's at James ranch or not at the time. We were prepared for frozen, but they said we could have cooled when we shipped so did that. He shipped really well and it only took one shipment and we were confirmed in foal. Good to know! Thank you...it would probably be through the James Ranch as that is where I understand they want that type of inquiry directed to.
I think what she meant is the stallion is sometimes away competing. So at those times Frozen is used. He is a very nice stallion and you can't go wrong with anything from James Ranch I am in love with First Timber. I have one of his coming next year. He would give your mare some run. |

WOOOO! I really like that cross on her. Nice little pedigree your mare has! The two i have coming is from a Strawflyin buds daughter and the other one is the paint mare in my photo to the left. She's Cow/ halter/rope pedigree, but was a nice solid 2 D mare when i just started running her on the barrels.
His babies seem really consistent, so im excited at the chance of having 1.
Cant wait to see yours next year! |

I had two super 2015 babies this year by A DASH TA STREAK ... both sold so quick it was crazy .... a gray/bay roan colt and a peach colored filly with white body hairs ...
ADTS started training for 5 yo futurities and will be MIA all of 2016 breeding season so they are using frozen semen in 2016...
There are 5 of his babies listed in the up coming Fulton and CSR Ranch sale in August ...
catalogue is online at Fulton Ranch FB or net site ...
I may have sold mine too cheap ...
free live auction streaming video too ...

Thanks for the advice, and good information to know! Like I said in an earlier post, if it's a filly I want to keep it, but a colt I want to sell, so that's some great info. |

We a need a little more info than that your mare is cowbred and you dont want FG or DFC.
PIctures, Pedigree, what does she need some help with maybe disposition or running style ( IE Rate or speed).
If you want to pick that perfect cross on her you dont just go eeny meeny miney moe. ( Well I guess you could)
My other suggetion is if you ONLY want a Future FOrtunes stallion. Go to the future fortunes website and look at their stallion list. it has all of their enrolled studs listed. Most have pictures. FInd one that floats your boat. |

Her babies are ratey. Otherwise straight and correct. She is about 14.3-15h straight and correct. Could use a little refinement to the neck area although her babies have always had a nice neck. She is a very feminine boned mare. I wouldn't mine putting some more bone and bigger feet on her foals. http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/pockets+too+deep Here is her pedigree. She has only been bred to a cow bred stud prior to my buying her this year. (Dulin gunx peppy San x doc tari) She has produced a couple real nice rope horses and one nice barrel mare that a good friend owns. |

Big question, which of the 2 would cross best on my mare to get a barrel prospect? I'm hoping to get a blond filly, but that's part of the fun of the gamble. :) |

I'd go with FireWater FInale.
I believe both are about the same stud fee if i remember right. and he'll give you more bang for your buck.
Proven Performer, I believe he IS a proven sire already. if not he will be. Amy has done SOOO many ETs on OUTSTANDING mares. Daughters of Tres Seis, DTF, FWF, Ivory James, FG) .
When a stud owner puts that much work into getting phenomenal babies on the ground you have a great chance to have a valuable foal in the future.
and if even if youre not planning on resale. Its a great thing to keep in mind"Just in case" |
