I love seeing the barns too! Mine is an old implement shed 30 x 40 that I added stalls to. The ONE thing I DEARLY want is RUNNING WATER but so far, I haven't stepped off my wallet to pay $2500-3000 to have a line run 240' from my well, (two quotes so far). In the winter, I have to string 5 hoses together once a week to fill tanks, then drain them all and it just SUCKS! I'd love a tackroom with a CEMENT floor too, my "tackroom" is my trailer.

Location: NE Texas		The barn total performance has is my dream barn right down to the direction it's built.  Always a nice air flow through her barn.  I would love to build a 6 horse version of it! 

Kaycee's new barn is gorgeous too!  It is a great set up and my horse thought she'd died and went to heaven when we spent an afternoon over there!  HAHA  PS.....time to schedule a fall riding day now that you're almost back in the saddle.  Where is canchasr1 so we can get this set up?
