WHAAAT?!??!?! In all stores - I'm giving it the test today!

They might not stock it, but when you give the manager the SKU they can order it for you. That's what I do. Β

Yes, now available at any TSC in the US by giving them the item number 1054391 and telling them that it is now a "worksheet item" that is in stock today at every TSC distribution center.

Renew Gold used to have a promotion that allowed you to send in UPC codes for 10 bags and you could get a bag free.  I don't know if they still do that or not?

As far as I know the coupon promotion still works. I just received my free bag coupon a couple of months ago. Going to send more in soon.  I also like adding Manna Pro Rice Bran - there's no additives - just rice bran

We have always been a primary forage first barn with very little grain added. I think testing your hay each year is important so you know what you are feeding. Reputable producers likely have it on file already.
I highly recommend this service to check out your hay and feed rations to make sure you are not missing any key nutrients in your chosen program. Scroll to the bottom for the nutritionist link.

I always like my horses to have pasture, Bermuda, or a grass mix for munching. I do Lakin Lite pellets at night with Strategy Healthy Edge. In the am, I will give them a flake or 2 of alfalfa ( depending on the size of the flake ). They are on a hoof supplement as well a joint supplement.

Where do you send the codes to? This is the first I hear of this. So hopefully it is still going.

I feed a Lonestar Feed 14% horse pellet. It is made in Nacogdoches TX. $12 a sack. All my horses look terrific and perform well. When I took my broodmare to the vet in June, everybody in the clinic went wow. All horses get one scoop of Platininum Performance, except the broodmare. She does not like Platinum so she gets gets a loose mineral. That is my two year old on the two year old thread.

I'm going to try my local TSC I paid $34.95 at the feed store for my renew gold

While we are happy that Tractor Supply is making Renew Gold available to all store locations, I am still a big fan of the independent feed store. They may not have the buying power to order by the ton, or enjoy other discounts, but most provide better service and knowledge to the horse owners in their town. We are trying to even the playing field to allow those independent stores to price Renew Gold close to the Tractor Supply price. We can't legally tell them what price to put on products that they sell. In most cases, small independent feed stores will be several dollars per bag more. If this is the case, a lot of customers will go there for their Renew Gold and whatever else they need. I think that is a good thing. Since Renew Gold is fed a such a low amount the difference per day that two or three dollars per bags makes is less than the variation in the amount of hay that you feed by the end of the month. We continue to work to support the independent feed stores.

I actually agree with you on that. After thinking about it and not wanting to have to deal with asking tsc to carry it I'm just sticking with my hometown small feed store they always ALWAYS have plenty of renew gold in stock. I'm only feeding 3 right now and they are all on half pound a day because they aren't even being used right now.

I too TOTALLY agree, support the local business. However in my case a $16.00 per bag difference I can not justify it. If it ever changes, I'll pay $5.00 more a bag to stay local.

Mine get free choice bermuda round bales. I feed alfalfa pellets with Adeptus Augment which is vitamins/trace minerals. It is good for any age/discipline horse. I have my gelding on the Adeptus Allay in addition which is a prebiotic for the hind gut as he is a little more in need of that. Mine all are dappled and look great.
