I like the gelding best too...mostly because I'm a sucker for a good looking sorrel.
Did you ever get a definitive answer on your mare?

Do you mean my gelding with the reoccurring lameness? I actually missed my appointment due to a miscommunication :( He's still a tiny bit sore but we pulled his shoes and then I have another appt at the end of the month. I will post when I find out!

In the meantime, this guy will keep my occupied. :)

The gelding he has a easier move around the barrels. I prefer his style more honest and forgiven vs the mare.

I liked the gelding, I liked the way you rode him and you looked more relaxed and he looked like he sucked those barrels up, I bet with more hauling hes going to relaxed., The mare you just look a bit tense to me shes nice too but something about that gelding I liked.

mmm-hmmmm....what he said/shesaid..gelding.

That gelding works a super nice pattern. He's quick on his feet, quicker in the turns than the mare. He's got my vote!

Some say that it is bad luck to knowingly change a horses name.  I have a very quick and catty heading horse, We call him Cat.  Partly becouse he is so quick but mostly becase my other horses name is Mouse. lol
Congrats on your new purchase!  I am betting you are going to really enjoy him.

Yeah Rodney is terrible.
He kind of looks like a Chevy. Or Chex? Chaser? Stuck on C.

Congrats! I'm Sure you'll absolutely love him. I love my little cow horse; he's just a pain in the ass to ride sometimes ha ha!
