Location: Arkansas | I'm still staying away---but Andrea said he is a different dog today!!
He's walking better and interacting with them. She's gonna keep him there til Saturday so that I can be home all day with him the first day or so he's home to see how he does. He's on strong antibiotic, Lasix, and a heart med. Asked for the bill thru today to be faxed to me this afternoon----yeah, not a good thing for my poor pocketbook  Gotta work some more nights now to get extra tax returns done to pay for this. But he's so worth it; I want to go by and hug him and give him a chicken treat so bad I can't stand it. I'm gonna have to settle for dropping the treats off for them to give him when I drop the check off in the morning. I truly feel the support and prayers y'all are sending. Bless each of y'all for taking time to think of us during your busy days. Means the world. |

Location: CTX | That is excellent news! I know it's hard not seeing him, but sounds like they are taking great care of him. And only 2 more nights and he'll be home again. Just give some treats to his sister (I'm sure you are already doing that... ) and he'll be home before you know it. |

Location: Arkansas | He's getting better every day! Walking more and moving around better---those prayers are working!! I dropped the treats off today and hurried out before I snuck through the back door to hug him. . . . Andrea said he's the best patient, no trouble at all. Wonder (his sister) has settled down and back to normal mostly. She will probably pass out from excitement Sat though! Thanks again for praying and checking in on us |

Location: Arkansas | Had a little setback last night---he wouldn't eat but Andrea said he was still acting ok. But this am be was back to slurping down whatever they gave him (her words!) Picking him up at 11 in the morning so please please keep remembering him in your prayers

Location: Arkansas | Fox won't be coming home. . . Andrea called me earlier and said without daily fluids his kidneys just won't work. So I'm going now to say goodbye to my baby and bring him home for the last time. Chandler went by the vet just now and said he wouldn't pick his head up for him. This is so hard, but I know in my heart it's right. If I can ask one more time, please pray for all of us for the next few hours to be bearable. |
