Location: Washington | - What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? Hmmmmm.......Husbands pretty good at letting me get what I want :D
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix? Mix, I'm not picky
- 3 specific items that you would love to recieve Again not picky. I love my horses and kids, not necissarily in that order.
- Favorite color Not sure I have one but I do lean more towards blues and dark/sage greens
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc. Remedy By Choice, a.k.a Rita, she's bay, star and tiny snip and hind sock. She's only two and about 13.2-13.3. She's cutting bred, plan to cut and rein on her. She's too worried about looking pretty then running fast for barrels.
- Information regarding your other pets We have buffalo and cows, they are his, IMO, but he insist they are "ours". Annie, the Doberman, thinks she's a cattle dog. Along with 6 horse total and one on the way, due in April.
- Other We are just finishing up a kitchen remodel. Husband is self employed logger/log truck owner. I am a stay at home mom to two girls almost 8 (Nov 1st) and 5. I like to sew and ride when I get the chance. Kids love riding with us.

| I've never participated in this before but it looks so fun! I'm super excited to go shopping :D
1) What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself?
I don't know...most things I want but won't buy for myself are probably out of the price range for this but probably a really nice, fancy leather halter or tack set. Buck-stitch, tooled, blinged, fringe, I love it all.
2) Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?
I'm good with either :) I love spoiling my ponies but I'm not opposed to other kinds of gifts.
3) Specific items that you would love to receive:
I'm listing more than three to give my secret santa plenty of ideas and so there's more of a chance I'll be surprised :) Please don't feel like you have to stick to this list, though. I'm not picky so go shopping and have fun!
- Bling/tooled/buck-stitch wither strap
- No-turn bell boots, sports medicine boots (Iconoclast or Classic Equine) (see below for colors and sizes)
- Scrapbook and supplies (stickers, paper, pens, etc.) for my latest project. I want to make a book of my jr high and high school years so everything is in one place.
- Craft supplies like paints, canvases, stencils, etc.
- Blue tooth saddle speaker
- Heavy leather split reins
- Leather headstall; same as above. I love buck-stitch, bling, or fancy tooling.
- Make-up and jewelry; I like pretty much anything and everything.
- Crew neck sweatshirt (size large usually)
I love homemade stuff (food, decorative, etc.), chocolate, coffee (I have an addiction), socks, and owl or cow themed anything.
4) Favorite color:
Purple, probably. I also really like pink, turquoise, copper, burgundy, black, and pretty much all shades of blue, too.
5) Horse names, colors, sizes, etc.:
Cash (AQHA reg. Dont Look Back) - 10 years, seal brown, 15.2, lanky racehorse build, size medium/large sport boots and bell boots, regular size headstall. I usually run him in black and cheetah print. But I'm not opposed to throwing some color in there, too. Red and turquoise, maybe?
Reba (AQHA reg. Docs Ima Rock Star) - 5 years, true black, 14.2, stout cutter type build, size small/medium sport boots and bell boots, small/regular headstall. She's been on the back burner so I'm really just now getting her going. Colors for her are still up in the air. She looks good in just about everything but I'm leaning toward pink, turquoise, purple or a combination of those.
6) Information regarding your other pets:
I have a small hobby herd of cows I've kept back from past 4-H projects: Chanel, Yoda, Queenie, and Stella. They're basically all big dogs and everyone who knows me knows they're my babies lol They're spoiled almost as much as my dog and horses. Then I have my actual dog, Moose. He's a black Border Collie/Kelpie cross with some random white markings. He's a monster but I love him :) Medium/large size collar.
7) Other:
A little about me...I'm a college student (University of Idaho) in my sophomore year. I'm studying Psychology with a minor in Addictions, geared toward becoming a substance abuse counselor (potentially Ph.D). I love to trail ride and go to quite a few o-mok-sees every year in addition to barrel and pole events. I like traveling, performing (vocal - jazz and blues mostly), reading (fav series right now is Outlander), writing, crafting, yoga, and camping. Also, I'm not allergic to anything, food or otherwise.

Location: Lost in the corn of Iowa. | What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself?
I'm not really sure, I usually don't know what I want until I see something. I'm like a squirrel, the idea
is there one minute....and gone the next.
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?
A mix, but either one is fine with me.
- 3 specific items that you would love to recieve
I'm adding more, I know :)
Simple earrings
Small horsey tack item, saddle cross, something cute and beaded.
I like coffee, the flavored kind the best. Right now I'm hooked on Chocolate coffee.
A pretty neat (and fairly large) coffee mug would be neat too.
Barrel racing books, like different drills and tips to improving yourself.
- Favorite color
Turquoise, Chocolate brown, and beaded stuff
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc.
Quick Cash Kid, aka Corona. Foundation QH 16.0 hh and 1100 lbs (I swear she's a mini draft!!!)
Size Large leg wear, Size 82 sheet. <<< I told you she's big!!
Jess Knee Deep, aka Jessi. Appendix QH 15.2 hh and maybe 950 lbs
Size Medium leg wear, average size horse
- Information regarding your other pets
I have a HUGE indoor cat we call him George, and in his mind he thinks he runs the joint. He probably
does honestly. He will play with anything that moves, not so hot in the mousing department though.
Also I have a 4 1/2 yr old blue heeler that we call Middy, anyone that has been to Australia knows what a Middy is. But for those of you that haven't, it's Australian for a half pint of beer. She's a small heeler so hence name Middy. She travels just about everywhere with me. And for some unknown reason she'd prefer her life living in a small trailer either in it or tied to a 6 ft rope under it than having the run of the house and running free around the yard. Silly puppy.
- Other
A little about me, I grew up riding English as a kid taking lessons. Then stopped to have and raise my
two girls. I have just recently gotten into barrel racing within the past 4 years, but this year I finally
have put all the pieces together. I am a seasonal rider living in Iowa. I don't have any arena of any
sort. So in the down time I like to just hang out with family and craft and make quilts, and oddly
enough I like to bake stuff. Nothing fancy but just baking in general. I'm pretty laid back and more of
go with the flow kind of person, and I think I have a pretty decent sense of humor. Filtered of course
for the general public
