Okay so let's say Killery wins the election and the FBI has evidence to convict or whatever they'd do to her, before she's sworn in. Then does the Donald win? or does her VP choice? Or do we have 4 more years of Obama?
No, if she has to resign or is impeached AND convicted, we are still stuck with Tim Kaine. Our only hope is she is not elected.

Location: The Great Northwest | Hillery IS a criminal and has a laundry list of laws she has broke. This case needs to be given to a Grand Jury to decide whether she proceeds to trial. Comey's mistake was to be judge and jury himself. The SYSTEM is designed to give others a chance to decide not the FBI. That's where Comey went wrong in July. I would say Trump know this. We are a Republic not a Democracy. |

OK, well if that's true, she just gave Trump all the ammo he needs to legitimately use this scandal very effectively for the next 10 days.
This morning's article on Fox says that, according to the Clinton campaign, Huma Abedin "searched hard for all their devices that might contain pertinent emails". How hard should it be to find all the devices we have that might contain emails? How many devices did they have, for God's sake?
Huma is going to have to fall on her sword. She just might wind up killing herself over this.....like Vince Foster. If I were Robby Mook, I would be nervous. He's expendable too. So is Podesta. |

But Congress can. And for sure they will call Comey in front of every committee starting Monday morning. Will it be public no but in closed session which always leaks. What a strange election LOL. Exactly !!! My question is....What happens if Trump loses the election and then ties up the "electoral proceedings" with lawsuits (nationwide or in certain states)? Does Obama STAY in office ???? I can remember that the Gore/Bush Florida debacle held the ratification for a month or so but not long. |

I think the worse case scenario would be like Florida in 2000. If the outcome of the entire elected hinges on a couple thousand votes in one crucial state, then either side would most likely contest the results at the slightest suggestion of irregularity, regardless of who wins. To ask candidates if they would absolutely accept the results was a dumb question to begin with. To refresh your memory, look back at who refused the outcome of 2000. It was the Gore camp. Both sides are prone to this. |
