I haven't checked in a while, but FB did used to state that you must be 14 to have a page. Those kids, in my opinion, were exposed to way to much on FB. I shared a pic of a foal caught in the halter and it died - it was with an article about the dangers of leaving a halter (it was nylon) on a foal. I'm not sure if I want a 12 -14 old audience on some of the educational things I share, even.  Now that I have seen the video and only 11, my comment sounds so naive!Â
So sad! If she was being bullied, she should be taught how to stand up, not stoop so low. Pretty filthy.Â
And the opportunity to be a role model and teach about handling bullying has come and gone the child is only 11 and the parents must be held accountable for her behavior someday she will be an adult and mom and day will not be able to protect her |

They are not gonna change. They are really proud of how this kid acted. It’s how they act. ^^^ Nailed it and I would bet they're laughing their butts off at everyone up in a tizzy over it. Neither that child, nor her parents, give a rats behind what you or I or anyone else thinks about how they live their life. That is the sad reality.

The second video, or at least the one I saw, is a video of her walking through their barn listing the prices ($80,000 and over) of all of their horses & how she's so rich. And other rude comments as well. Must pay pretty well to be a bull fighter, since she listed about $2 million worth of horses just in the stalls |

One thing of the many things that bothered me in the Dad’s response was apparently how his child had been bullied and had hateful things etc. written about her going on for quite a while now, and the late night counselling, tears, etc. My question is why in the hell are they allowing her to see that stuff? Why not protect her from it? Take away her social media for HER PROTECTON! You are not doing your child any favors when you had them a phone with a media platform that is full of hateful things! Especially at that tender age! My gosh common sense here!
Side note, I sent my phone away to get fixed about over week ago and when it came back my facebook app was deleted. I can’t download it without wifi so I’ve not checked it for a week plus, and I can tell a difference.
I think social media can be a good thing, but I think we’ve gotten to a point where there’s more negative than positive. I know I am a lot happier without it………………….

I agree, just said this to a friend. When a kid at her age is in the public eye, you would think they would be overly monitoring her social media. I don't think kids at her age should have social media ANYWAY but if they do, for her own safety, sanity.... it should be monitored and if necessary, intervene.
The other point of this, whoever this other kid is.... no one knows them and NO ONE will remember her name. This girl just wrecked a lot of possibilities for herself for someone no one knows about. Its kind of that simple, was she worth it???
Unfortunately, I don't think kids have the mental capacity to weigh those options and now she just learned a very valuable lesson in a horrible way. Her parents have done her no favors and I would hate to show my face after this ordeal. |

| You know what's sad is there are kids out there who want to barrel race but after this mess their decent parents might not want them to now because they might think, is this the kinds of people I want my children to be around ? I think not. Hopefully we won't loose wonderful kids & parents to our sport because of these low lifes. My parents would of tard & feathered me. As far as bullying, that's just his stupid excuse. There was bullying going on when I was in elementary school & that was in the 60's. Ok so you now know how old I am :) Yes things have changed today but some things were around a long time ago & it was delt with in a responsible manner. |

I grew up very well to do and showed big time hunter jumpers and what we paid for our horses was very hush hush.. my folks would have killed me and I would have deserved it! |

Apparently to have a barn full of $100,0000+ horses all we have to do is distract some bulls in an arena every now & then. Seems doable. After this if I was one of his employers, I'd even be questioning my ties to him. Might be some bullfighter opportunities opening up at the PBR? |

How shameful to have a child to act this way.. Now I know who she is, all I can say is wow... how horrible.. |
