Location: OH. IO | KRJ1791 - 2016-09-05 5:24 PM What i can tell you at this point is the past few days have been hectic and there are several people who need thanked as their attention to detail has open the doors for others including myself to hopefully see justice.
There was a major drug raid in the Northfield Ohio area, her & her boyfriend were both taken in.
She is currently in jail in the Solon City jail but will be transported to Summit County.
From my understanding this is very far reaching.
I am still trying to find my horse, due to somewonderful people on FB we believe we have a location.
If you have ever dealt with her and been scammed I strongly encourage you to reach out to law enforcement in your area.
If you have tips for those of us who have been scammed, please we all work hard for what we have, a phone call can change a life.
Personally I would like to thank Caldwell saddles, Charon Caldwell as an innocent inquiry on a saddle value opened up a door that however heart wrenching may mean at least a few of us get some justice.
that is not to far from me.maybe you could copy this page and inform the police of all this information? This is very sad that people like this just go and go. |

| Ok lydia is in jail in Ohio on 3 felony counts. Charges are corrupt activity, fraud, and theft. She is no bond. Arraignment is in the morning. The police are suggesting that everyone call Sgt. Krieger at the Detective Bureau. The phone number is 1-330-425-1234... They also got Kenneth Reece her boyfriend on same charges. EVERYONE NEEDS TO CALL THE SRGT NOW.... |

Location: North of where I want to be | Let me start with stating I know I am very very luck and blessed.
I picked my horse up today and brought him home.
There are between 10& 20 horses in the Chagrin area between a bunch of barns whose ownership is undetermined at this point.
The details of my situation will remain limited as there are many things that need to be addressed.
Please if you or someone you know has been scammed by this crazy human....be persistent, be vigilant.
I will help anyone I can. |

| I was recently SCAMMED 8/6/2016............I have bought horses online and always received that horse and the horse was what I bought. NOT THIS TIME
She is an extremely good talker and I talked to someone who said that they were in fact hauling a grey horse to Cali for me, now either it was her on a different phone or the "hauler" is in on it as well.
I purchased a grey horse and while I was waiting for him to arrive I was reading comments on FB as something didn't quite feel right. I saw the horse I "purchased" going to another party. Now my ears are pricked up right???? I called her on this and she said her daughter loaded the wrong grey horse on the trailer. Bah, bah, bah
Bottom line.............no horse and out of money. I will take any offered help.
PS I spoke to the lady who got my horse and she has been a lot of help. She actually called me after a text message; I must add she didn't "trust" me at first until I sent her my contract. I am afraid now I will have a trust issue myself with all that is going on. I tried calling the detective handling "Teresa" ask Lydia Nicole Culp and I first have to file in my own county (California) and they will contact the detective. |

| This looks like the same Lydia Nicole Culp and Kenny Reece that just recently defrauded us over some 43" Sticky tires for their Rock Bouncer.

My friend that got scammed proably bought the horse you were going to buy! She bought the horse right around the first week of august and recieved him a little over 2 weeks ago. She was supposed to be buying a gray 5 year old AQHA gelding that was well started on barrels. Instead she got a fresh (raced 5 weeks ago) 4 year old OTT thoroughbred gelding that has a chip in his knee. She actually got half her money back... but the lady came up as lydia nicole on her cc statement! |

| Sometime late last week Lydia Nicole Culp was arrested as part of a raid that involved the distribution, production and manufacturing of controlled substances as well as a multitude of other charges.
In that raid they also found several horse trailers and other items related to the horse industry. Quite by accident or fate over the same weekend someone had contacted law enforcement in Summit County Ohio to assist in the location and recovery of her gelding. I was fortunate, I brought my horse home.
Through out the several days process it was brought to the attention of the numerous detectives working on this case that this woman is known across the country for her scams in the horse business.
I believe due to the vigilance of the officer she was working with(who here to fore shall be referred to as Officer A-men) who is a fellow horseman, the sheriffs department is accepting calls regarding her scamming and theft.
If you have been a vicitim of this woman, please file a police report in your area ASAP and have them(or yourself) contact the Detectives handling this case.

It's sad that anyone has had to deal with this crazy woman and it's even sadder that there is a list of other people that need to be served justice including a person that lives off of suing people for BS. |
