That was what I was wondering. Weren't there charges in Texas? Hopefully, other states will still pursue their cases.
There is still a bench warrant for her in Fl. And two cases in Tenn. And I think there is at least one case in Tex. but I think there are more cases in Tex. based what other Fb sites have stated. Ohio gets the first bite at the apple but she still faces charges in other states. It would be up to the Att. General in each state if they will prosecute. I hope they do because Ohio prisons are over loaded she will never serve the whole six years. It would be nice if she left the Ohio prison and went directly to a prison in Tenn. or Tex. |

Location: Florida | Amazing that she is shocked with her sentence. Did she really believe she wouldn't get caught? Did she believe she wasn't doing anything wrong? When did it become OK to screw people and think they deserve it for letting me do it? Well, she looks good in Orange. Hope she stays that way.

“You’re going to jail,” Judge Alison McCarty told Culp.
“For how long?” Culp asked.
“Six years,” McCarty responded.
“Oh God!” Culp yelled, sobbing as deputies led her from the courtroom in handcuffs. |

In regards to the Texas charges, it's the District Attorney for that county who will make the determination to continue to prosecute her -- not the Texas Attorney General. As for anybody who has been hurt by her and hasn't had a case opened, I would strongly encourage you to contact one of the remaining states who has charges pending to see if you can personally submit a victim impact statement regarding her actions. The people in the article who wrote "letters" probably went through that process -- the Judge cannot research online or go outside of what is presented in court to make a determination on the sentence. The prosecutor needs your input to help make their own determination on what's good for their case and society. |

I was wondering when she does finish her stay in Ohio, if she will be passed on to another state that has cases against her and be held there untill a hearing and hopefully be charged there and have a few more years of staying and then off to another state for a repete.. So maybe she will stay off the radar for a really really long time. |

She was reciently mentioned on FB by a well respected barrel horse breeder. God bless the horses she has. They deserve better. |

| Didn't know she was released but it looks like she is now Lydia Saikaly and is in Akron, OH. She is somehow affiliated with United Equine Center in Dalton, OH. |

She's not a breeder just a horrible horse trader and person.
You said that TS was recently mentioned by a well respected breeder. I was curious to know what breeder mentioned her. Im well aware of TS. |
