  The Original Cyber Bartender
Location: Washington | 3 To Go - 2013-11-20 2:11 PM fatchance - 2013-11-20 1:07 PM Personally I think if they did a real show on the PRCA/WPRA rodeo trail it would be a very interesting program.
We can only hope this gets horrid reviews and no one tunes in. Unfortunately, I think it would only be interesting to us. Probably why they haven't made one, too small of a viewership market. The reason this show is getting attention is because of how the people in it behave. "Reality TV" is not reality. Publicity is pulicity, good or bad. I think most people would be intelligent enough to realize this show is not actually "real", especially if they are a regular viewer of other reality shows. But it puts barrel racing on the radar so to speak, so that's a step. I know it's not the one most people would like to see who are actually in the sport, but without it, people wouldn't even be talking about barrel racing outside of the "barrel racing world".
Is it going to last 11 seasons, no. But the ones that are hauling hard to try and make the NFR, IMHO there would never be a dull moment. Personally I don't know how they do it....talk about no life. How they hold a family together and stay on top of their game would be mind blowing TV for me. AND then we could throw in a mix of our single men and ladies in the same venue....bound to give some drama.
OH Kristy Schiller do I have an idea for you.... |

| @ fatchance - I would love to see a real reality show with the best of the best - however I would not even want to watch the hours and hours of driving, cleaning poop and actual hard work these ladies put in that are anything but bling. |

Location: where the wind blows | I tried to watch the clip but it said it wasn't available in Canada. but maybe it's a good thing I couldn't watch it. Doesn't sound like its worth wasting my time. Sad that they can't do a show following the real barrel racers like Sherry or Mary. That I would watch. This I won't. Not that I cn apparently. |

Location: Oregon | It's all so scripted it's hilarious. I love the responses on this site though, even more hilarious. I especially love how a DNCFR winner is not a "real" barrel racer. And all "pros" are "Ladys". With a capital "L". HAHAHAHA |

Location: Exactly where I am supposed to be | You know what really ticks me off, is that if you go and read some of the cast members tweets..........they are quoting scriptures and retweeting all these inspirational Christian tweets......like seriously ? one minute you are thanking god and the next you are threating to drown some chick .............I know we all make mistakes and it is not my place to judge but.........really don't throw Christianity around like its some get out of free jail card. |

Location: Phoenix | WrapSnap - 2013-11-20 1:39 PM Of course they are going to edit it to look as trashy as possible! Let's be real for a minute. They did the poster and that bikini shoot at Red Bluff. If any friend of mine was going to be in a bikini barrel race, they would have fun with it, just as it appeared these girls were in that trailer. Let's also admit that when you haul hard enough to be around the same people pretty much every weekend, there WILL be drama! I've been to way too many rodeos and big barrel races with 50 girls chasing after the same guy. It happens and you can't blame the guy for loving it. Just because some don't know that the drama is happening, or maybe just chose not to broadcast it on national TV, believe me, it still exists!
Exactly. If you are under the impression that barrel racers are NICE, and WHOLESOME....think again and open your eyes. Traveling with the same people, running into the same cowboys at rodeos.....there's drama. If there was no drama there wouldn't be a show. |

There's enough drama at most jackpots in the broad daylight without alcohol involved, I can only imagine how much worse it would be in the cover of darkness with a full cooler. |
