I didn't know fm radio, denim, passed. I knew that he'd gone through surgery. Srs and her husband have an outstanding program.
I knew he  had colic surgery when owned by SRS but didn't know he'd had another surgery and passed from it.

He's alive and well. Just 'spoke' to srs on fb. He's retired and sound

What about Magic(the paint Charmayne ran at the NFR)?
And Potato Chip?

A girl I high school rodeoed with bought Magic in 98. They had to put him down severa years ago. I believe it was something to due with his feet, but not sure exactly what.

WYOracer - 2013-12-05 8:38 PM Dial A Red Rooster was put down after a broken (something in the hind leg..femur..hock something I can't remember) during a run a few years back. I remember when I was still Youth aged Waves was being ridden by the youngest Steinhoff..Taylor is her name right?

Do those girls stil run barrels?Β

Last I heard Potato Chip was in Canada with a HS girl.

I know Tanya is college rodeo ing and doing well, not sure about the younger two.

She is (or at least was) going to PCC in KS, and is friends with one of our C4D directors daughter, who is also on the rodeo team. She's come to a couple of jackpots that I've been to, and I do believe I saw her name on the draw for this weekend in Tulsa.

Jo had him at the NBHA Vegas Supershow this passed June. We snuck over and took fan pics with him.

Joe B Jammin is retired in western PA but still used as an occasional lesson horse for Sue.
We had Revolutionary Bars(Rev), that Martha Josey won so much on, in our pasture but he passed a couple years ago.

TyE - 2013-12-06 8:09 AM I found a 2006 NFR 10 round dvd for $2 bucks the other day!

I forgot what a smokin' NFR Kelly Maben had that year.   What horse was she riding? Mystic Angela - who was also run by Lisa Ogden when she made the Finals (1998 I think?)

Also Lindsay Sears was on a dark brown horse and a palomino?  Any ideas on those 2? DJ Nick Bar, Hanky Flit Panky (Martha also ran 1 or 2 rounds to the right that year)

Denise Adams on Jud Little horses but a nice sorrel?  any idea? Frosty Feelins

Pecan  Molly Powell's horse.  I would assume the horse has passed because it seems like a lifetime ago they were at the NFR together.

Β

Dillion didn't colic though. He had EPM and I believe she said she got him about 80% better, he was out in the pasture and had an accident and had to put him down. I am 99% sure it was the EPM that led to the accident. I bought a mare from Kassie and was talking to her about EPM because my mare was diagnosed with it, and she told me about how he died.

You're right. She had a bad run with both Denim and Dillion. Denim was the one that kept colicing and I pretty sure Jay Bickers at BVEH did the surgery on him. I think the multiple colics is why he was retired.
