Day 3 - no pop. Headaches were bad this morning, but feeling great. Way less bloated. 

I've gotta quit drinking cokes(I'm from TN, lol) too! I've been bloated for months and I can tell the bloat really comes on when I drink too many cokes. And plus, since I only drink diet cokes I worry about what all that aspartame is doing to my body!

Location: Blissfully happy Giants fan!!!		Running is really starting to flatten my stomach.  I do core ab work but the running is what is really making the difference.  I can't wait to finally make a run on a horse and see how my lung capacity is now!!

This cause of the workout I posted. Been scared to tackle that one again. Day 2 was impossible to pee. 

haha no its because of the squats i have been doing, they are the devil. lol
