fatchance - 2014-03-14 12:57 PM I say we have big get together there next year!  We did this at the Jud Little barrel race and I met some great board buddies!  Not to mention some life long memories!
You gonna cook?
She might not cook, but I can meet you on the interstate and you can hop in with me.

 you have a deal!

Did you notice the last horse Pozzi ran had a different rider listed.  It's the horse that is paid into this deal, they don't care who the rider is, so there is a lot of Jockey changes.

What she is saying is that you have to enter months in advance. They might not know who the jockey is when they enter. The listing on the webcam site is the predraw meaning it is what is sent in at the time of entry. Not necessarily the final riders and such when they get to the gate.

Last time we had a big get together, we had Megarita's and chips and Fatchance salsa.  Fun times.  Of course there will be cooking!

TRMomma - 2014-03-12 5:38 PM its free toe everyone - just another perk of a schiller ranch production as for the hater --- God Bless them. They obviously have NO IDEA what it takes to put on a production of this size and magnitude. Leave it to a narrow minded person to pick it apart. The BFA was an hour and a half getting started one day this past year. Things happen. this barrel race is off the charts by far the best production out there

You all are funny, you ask for opinions - the original poster did if you notice - and then bomb away when ONE person had a bad experience and had the NERVE to have an opinion. Good Lord, she has just as much right to have had a bad experience as the rest of you and your good experiences.

I was thinking the same thing, Smiley-

Lauren's horses worked good.  Her and Bunny, her new mare were a 16.7, a few extra steps by the first and only their 4th run together.  First barrel is quick, my gelding usually has a perfect first and he did the same thing.  Her gelding Tank had a 7 too, very pretty run but didn't fire as hard as he usually does, he was a little nervous in a new pen.  Lauren is a heck of a hand and made it look easy, 2 smooth pretty runs.  Her little sister had a pretty run too on her mare, ran a 16.8.

Thanks for checking up on me!!

My new horse Bunny can really leave the alley hard and go by the first if you let her. With the forward motion rule in the alley I didn't want to score her in the alley like I have been, so we left a little strong.

Tank for some reason thought the alley was a dark hole, LOL, so he jumped in from the holding pen. He made a really pretty pattern but he had never been to Bryan before so he was a little cautious. I should have entered him two days because he fires harder the more runs he makes in a pen.

My sister was a ball of nerves so she was pretty conservative with her runs! Here are our pictures!
