He should be punished for poor taste in women......
LOL.  Right you are!!!  Sounds like he may be getting what he deserves.  Hope the money is worth it, just gross!!
Rodeomom.....somebody has got to teach this dude a very valuable relationship lesson.....why not the NBA?? lmao....they are notorious for making great relationship match ups :

Because it will set a precedent that we are no longer allowed freedom of speech. This PC correctness is getting out of hand. If someone was paying me millions to dribble a basketball they could call me anything they wanted.

lookout hill - 2014-04-28 4:57 PM Let the NBA punish him by making him sell the team & make a billion dollars.  He bought the team years ago for little to nothing and stands to make a huge profit if he's forced out.  So who really loses here?
The poor girlfriend that only got 1.8 million....
LOL, you keep cracking me up.
Well, here's the bang I'll go out on lol......
If I got the salary one of the athletes on the Clipper's made in one year, that old rich, white man could call me whatever her wanted and I would smile all day long and say, "thank you, Massa!"

...and, that ain't no lie :)

HotbearLVR - 2014-04-28 4:43 PM I must be slipping in my old age.  This saga is about as captivating as watching flies fornicate.  Sounds like an old man who needs an oil change and a few extra zerks.

The guy is a racist jerk but when is it OK to decide someone  cannot be in business because  of their crappy personality??? Shouldn't the free market give the guy his just dues??  When did it become OK to force someone out because noone likes them even though they have not broken any laws/rules/contracts???  That is what bugs me. What about all the athletes who have commited crimes but are still being paid millions???

I agree with everything you just said but there is one caveate.  The NBA franchises have a network of revenue sharing.  If his revenues go down, so do the revenues of the others.  If they do nothing, it also hurts the brand image of the NBA.  That affects them all.

So do you think the NAACP has decided not to give Sterling his Lifetime Achievement Award that he was suppose to get in May? Will they ask him to return the one they gave him in 2009?

Thank you, I obviously didn't know that.  Makes sense now that I understand the other owners have a vested interest in all the teams.

I thought they said 1/2 Hispanic, 1/2 Black.

Some one on here said she was 1/2 black, all the news reports here have stated that she is Hispanic. Β I personal don't know (or care) one way or the other, she is just a gold digging tramp, IMHO. Β Why else would you "date" someone 50 years your senior? He is old enough to be her grandfather for goodness sake! Β It's not his good looks and vitality that sparked her interest, it was the size of his bank account and how much of that he was willing to share...

As for the wife, I'd sue the little wench too. It's just as much her money and is it his, they've been married over 50 years. Β

GO BACK to the actual recording of their conversation she tells him ...

I AM BLACK AND MEXICAN!!.... lol

Probably the reason Magic's name was brought up by HER ... and his dislike of her hanging out with Magic .... MAGIC HAS AIDS and who would want to mess with some woman that has been messing around with someone who has aids even if you are 80 years old ...
