I only have to drive to Montana. Its not really that far...we have a lot of rednecks up here who like their beer. I can even think of a guy I could maybe set you up with...if you don't mind one just a few years younger (in his late thirties). If you want the full Montana experience, come in January, LOL. I have personally made the drive to Bozeman, MT, and it absolutely IS that far, mtcanchazer!!!!! HAHA But it is some kind purdy up there in the summer.....but in January, i'm out!
Truth. I couldn't grow enough body hair between now and January......my friend, Bonnie Morgan Gray could, but I would freeze to death.
I've got a jump start on no shave November, it's more like no shave Winter. |

I'm thinking east Texas may have been evacuated! Even CG is evacuating. She's headed to my house tomorrow night them on to OK Saturday to pick up some mares.....central/western LA must be too close for comfort.....
Well I aint skeered but I am heading south tonight to work.. ugh I would have been all in on this ordeal if I didnt have 50 head of ponies waiting on me.
Herbie I will see you Monday or Tuesday after I recover enough to stand up and drive to your house. You girls be safe!!! |

Eek.....i've actually experienced a little of Indiana winter and it's too cold for this cowgirl. It's too flat and windy up there and those snow banks are too deep! I'm comfortable at 90 degrees.....and curse loudly when we get snow/ice....so I think either mine or LRQHS's place needs to be the winter retreat. Ya'll that are north of the Mason-Dixon can be the summer sanctuaries!!!! |

You should come down to Texas for the winter. I'm with Herbie on the cold. I complain when it gets into the 50's or below. Give me 90's-100's anyday. |

And LRQHS is getting a big mushy hug and probably an ass slap whether she wants it or not....I don't care how many kitties she threatens me with!

I only have to drive to Montana. welllll KS is in between soooooooo pick me up on the way!! Herbie and I will make rad ass co-pilots but I gotta say I'm out if we're going in January .... just saying .... You big chicken!!!!  The January part is the adventure! You can join in on the body hair growing contest and bring a mutt.  As for you and I being co-pilots....I gotta feeling you and I will be doing LOTS of driving. I know Jen will have a cooler....or two, but of course Montana in the winter does lend itself to a pick up bed full of snow, which in turn offers a very large, deep, NATURAL cooler.  Absolutely...or you can have a hot toddy or hot buttered rum to warm up on the way. Actually...I remember going to the pro rodeo finals (as a spectator of course, LOL) in January and it was 40 degrees out! We can have some of the cookiest weather...but if it snows, all the more fun. We can treat you to some real Montana sports...like snow shoveling...we will provide the shovels.  A blistering 40 degrees??? Yay! But let me warn you....I live in Texas and if it's below 50 i'm wearing a hoodie and a down coat. So me in Montana in January could be a real sight to see! Picture the little boy in the snow suit in the Christmas Story......
And lastly, if I have to drive while Jen makes me laugh and drinks, I AIN'T SHOVELING!!!!!!!!!!!  Heck you'd fit right in if you'd look like the kid from Christmas Story... that's what we all look like up here in January. Lol.LRQHS: Kansas could work...I have some relatives there. : )
I have a lot of BB friends in Kansas lol. I'm assuming it is because there is nothing else to do in Kansas than get on BHW lol.Â
That sounds like Kansas for you. I've been there and other than visit relatives there isn't much to do in Kansas. :) lolHowever I was in Texas for the first time last November and it was 80 degrees where I was and it was so nice... compared to the snow and 30 degrees we were having up here in Montana. But at least we have good PRCA finals rodeo in January. |

Just do your best to keep her out of sketchy bars where ex-cons like to frequent. Have fun this weekend but don't do anything I wouldn't do. |

Oh Idaho is beautiful! We went to Boise a few years ago. It was in October and we drove back to Texas from there. Nice! My MIL is also from there. Her pictures of her ranch up there are beautiful. |

Sorry, I'm so late on responding today but I had to take my ponies to some exh's, in which they rocked, unlike my Red Raiders that lost to the Cowboys. Herbie, wouldn't that be hilarious!?! I actually have two wiener dogs that could be our mascots in that thing. We were headed down to Austin when I saw that tank and I made my DH speed up so I could snap the pic! I was soooo friggin excited to see it. No one else shared my enthusiasm. |
