I started doing CROSS FIT again about 4 weeks ago, I've lost 7 pounds but I've been dieting as well.
My trainer said that after a hard workout I can eat my carbs up to 3 hours after we workout, after that cut all carbs and sugars.
That's been the hardest part for me but I'm doing well with it so far, eating chicken and salads and makings better choices when we go out to eat, like today at Sonnys BBQ I had salad bar and a sweet potatoe, I gave the bread to my friends.....yes it was hard but I knkw in the end it will be worth it.
I LOVE my Crossfit gym, awesome workouts to keep you strong, lots of core work and strength training.

I wish there was a food shortcut because I do not enjoy preparing food in any way shape or form. I'm also not good at it.

21 Day Fix is a great program to follow, as all there are is measuring containers. So there is no special recipes
(certainly you can find them
), but you can simply measure out the appropriate food.. it's more portion control, than anything. It's HAVING a diet, not being ON a diet. You can message me if interested in it, and I can add you to our next challenge group starting May 4.. mainly barrel racers, so we are all in the same boat. Trying to get fit for the upcoming season.

Being pregnant and due at the end of July I can't do much to keep up with my gelding lol.
I eat lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein and have started walking every day after work for about an hour each day. I also do 30-45 mins of yoga in the mornings.
After baby is when the real work begins lol
