| I have never understood how people get do excited about "canned" hunts. That is exactly what this was. Killing a tame animal. Wow. How pathetic! |

Location: Kansas | We once had a little rental place and the new renter was a bow and arrow nut. The people before had left a dog and he shot it with his bow and arrow. He also shot one of my beautiful housecats. The plain and simple fact is these morons just like moving targets no matter what it is. I hate people who do these things. |

| I had my horses hocks done yesterday and was telling my vet about it and showed her the picture. SHe was horrified. THey do in fact take the same oath to cause no harm as human doctors. She said that most likely she would lose her license. |

Location: stray dump capital of the world | It's on CNN Right now. I know I shared it on FB as did my animal loving friends. Sorry, this chick is an idiot and deserves every bit of Karma coming her way. I don't think she should hang around waiting on that vet of the year award because clearly, she isn't as "awesome" as she thought.
For Justme, I catagorize you in the same category as that vet. Your ridiculously stupid comments leave me speechless. |

My question is who took the picture?
I believe this person is just as guilty as her, as it noticed the picture isn't a selfie. |

| Being textbook smart enough to pass vet school apparently doesn't translate into ethically smart, although I for one have no respect for people who don't keep their pets home the solution can be simpler then all this stupidity |

Location: Heart of Texas | Her sister took the picture. This is my vet clinic, not my vet. I'm sad for Dr. Buenger and the others at the clinic. They are always a class act, and doc is an excellent equine vet. I don't know much about the small animal side of the clinic. I believe this "lady" was part of that. There are so many stories going around it's impossible to keep up. What I do know is that it was not a feral cat, but the elderly couple's cat that lived down the road. They were out of town and the pet sitter had posted on several fb pages looking for him. She had not seen him in two days. I understand feral cats are a problem, and people do shoot them. Especially if they are causing problems. This one was not. This sick person was boasting about killing. She is proud of it. What kind of person is proud to be killing just to kill? If she is prosecuted, I work 50 feet from the court house where it will be. There is a lot of pressure on the DA to press charges, and I think he will. It will be a 3 ringed circus for sure.

SHE HAS BEEN FIRED SINCE THIS SCREENSHOT WAS TAKEN. THIS WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE THE CLINIC FOUND OUT. WHAT AN IDIOT.

So has she been fired or is that what the vet clinic is saying to save face, as what you have posted she still has her job |

Location: Heart of Texas | She has been fired. There is a formal statement from the clinic somewhere. That picture is from the night before the clinic was notified. She was quite full of herself.
I'm pretty sure she will lose her licence and face charges. |

Wow she thinks very highly of herself, shes a sick sick person and I hope that she go's to jail soon, I wonder if her husband the son of the owner of the clinic thinks shes so awesome too, if I were useing this vet clinic you can bet I would not be useing them ever again. I wonder how many other pets that she tortured while being in their care.... Just sick |
