She does not like to fly and scared to death of flying but she flys all the time for family vacaticons. Shes convincing but then not convincing, you can tell theres been alot of coaching that went on over the time  |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | It looks to me like we are seeing the beginning of a reversal of the time-honored legal principle of “innocent until proven guilty”. A well prepared, well rehearsed accuser can now convict an accused perpetrator. She embarked on the preparation for this months ago. She had an abundance of professional help.
The fact that she doesn’t know who paid for the polygraph is evidence.
So it looks like the new standard will be “guilty until proven innocent”.
Be wary of the unintended consequences. |

| I'm listening to it while I work. It's very confusing to me. I'm very skeptical about Mrs. Ford's claims. I feel like she would have told somebody - something - somewhere along the way. I accept that Mrs. Ford might not remember the exact date of the (alleged) incident. Time does blur memories. But, I have hard time believing she never talked about it. I also have a hard time believing that she doesn't remember if she let the reporter see the notes of her therapy sessions while being interviewed for the newspaper, and she didn't know if her polygraph was recorded by video or audio. These were recent events and things you would pay attention to.
I'm also bothered by the fact that this incident is not being investigated. Why are other people not being interviewed about this? It's very hard to prove a he said- she said type of situation, but couldn't some time be spent checking into it? I personally feel both sides deserve that. Weather she is right or wrong. Attempt to let the truth come out.
It's interesting listening to the track the sex crimes prosecutor is taking with her questions. I keep waiting for a bomb to drop.
It will also be VERY interesting to hear what Kavanagh has to say later today. |

I deleted and tried to change the comment but got derailed. I just see this now as a well orchestrated contrivance on the part of the Democrats likely planned months in advance. Somewhat like what Pres. Trump is going through with the Russia investigation. It's clear now that was preplanned even before he won the presidency (just in case). I see the same scenario here. This looks like a no-win situation for Republicans since if they go ahead with the vote on Kavanaugh women voters could be swayed in the mid-terms. |

Location: Kansas | Interesting.......Ms. Ford says all the other people at the party who don't remember a thing about this incident.....well "it's because nothing happened to them." And her good friend who doesn't remember it "has health issues." Pretty lame excuses as you destroy a man's life. If I remember right you're an anti-Trump activist. Hope that little trivality is discussed at this hearing. |

| After listening to Judge Kavanagh - I'm ready for him to run for president. He just called them out and basically told them to kiss his ass. He's probably not the complete choir boy that he claims to be (non of us are) - but he's convincing.

I have a ton of respect for him for saying what we all think. |

Location: Southeastern Idaho | I was so happy when Lindsey Graham let them have it. This is a farce, I have felt that way from the start. Fienstien sitting on this letter then pulling it out to delay the hearing was the ENTIRE motivation. No care or thought to the lives of both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh that get thrown to the wolves to justify their political actions. |

They have been questioned and all say it never happened. One was a girl who was a close friend of hers that said it never happened. |

| Good grief, the dems keep asking the same stupid questions from college and the high school year book. Have a back up question if your colleague just asked the same question. |

Yes, the others alleged to be at the party gave written sworn statements that they have no recollection of the party, her close friend went even further to say she has no recollection of ever being at any party that Kavanaugh was at whether Ford was there or not. These statements are a felony if they are found to be false. The letter was received back in July when the FBI investigation into his background was open and being conducted yet Feinstein waited til the FBI investigation was closed to present the letter.

I loved how Ted Cruz called them out on the letter and how all this was leaked out, he held his ground on that question. Edit to add,On how Feinstein got really nervous when Mr. Cruz asked her how the letter was leaked, she got really shifty.. Good Job Ted

She was behind and to the right of Kavanaugh about three rows back on the aisle. The hair up and her face in a knot trying to look disgusted as she's set herself up as a Ford supporter. |
