Location: end of the world | WANNACOWBOY - 2010-08-27 9:31 PM UPDATE: Sally just called to let me know that Chelsea responded to her foot being tickled. After encouragement from that Sally took an ice cube dipped it in diet coke and put in Chelsea mouth and she licked her lips. Also, the physical therapist thinks that she is ready for rehab but is now up to the powers that be. Great news.

Location: BOSSIER CITY, LA | UPDATE: Just got back from hospital. Chelsea looked alot better, she was moving both arms and trying to open her eyes. It was nap time though and she was tired from her bath and sitting in her chair. She is in a private room now and it is all decked out in pink. Keep the prayers coming she really needs to transition from the hospital straight to rehab. |

Location: Texas | It was great visiting with Chelsea yesterday on her B-Day....She looked so good with her pink stuff on..When i started talking about riding and running barrels, she squeezed my hand tight and opened her eyes real big and smiled..I was so glad to see that..So lets keep sending her them prayers..Love Ya Girl... |

| One of my coworker's son suffered a brain injury during a football game in 1995. Many months later the neurosurgeon who operated on the young man told the parents that at the time he did the surgery he considered the youth brain dead, but operated due to his young age and the parents' concern and love. He called him his miracle patient. This young man is a functioning adult today. He is not the same as he was before his devastating injury but he is alive, holds a job and is a joy to his family. Miracles happen every day. They may not ocurr when or as soon as we want them to, but they do happen. Many, many prayers for Chelsea and her loved ones. |
