LOL! Come on down Scott and get in line! I'll get to you eventually! 
eta: seriously, find someone in your area who does it and get a treatment. Everyone I have worked on say it is unbelievable.! I gotta go hire someone myself. (although you can work on yourself, imo, it is not as relaxing)

spent yesterday afternoon with Ryon. When I got there he was in the Gym.....and was getting tired, he had had a hard day. I came in and sat down by him, not knowing I had set my purse on the little toe side of his foot. A couple of minutes after I got there, Ryon leaned over and said "Mom, what is on my toes?" :D.......he felt my purse on his toes!!! Blessings! Blessings!! He felt pressure and tingling.
I did a Reflexology treatment on his hands. We had a good visit and supper with he and Janna. Thank you all for your prayers that are filling heaven! God is hearing us!
His blood pressure was good.....he had just gotten dehydrated.

Location: Tom, Oklahoma | Hugs to all of you for the precious prayers being sent up for Ryon!
He is doing good.......getting stronger. Today, while I was there, he worked on his balance. In the gym, they have these huge square mats that are probably 6' across. They sat Ryon on that and had him reaching for his feet. He was able to balance himself and reach forward.......last week he could not do it. So he is making HUGE progress. Also, it seemed to me that he was having slightly more gripping action with his left hand (pointer and thumb) He has had no dexterity in that hand,.......but even a nurse noticed it........so it wasn't just me. ;) Ryon said he thought it was just the reflex of his wrist doing it.......we'll see. (keep praying, God is working! :)
He is still having problems with his blood pressure. It is getting way to low, then he has to stop working and lay down. Prayers that God will take care of that too!
I'm headed down there in the morning for some training on transferring him.

Location: Tom, Oklahoma | I did not go to Texarkana today.....trying to get my house ready for Ryon to come home! We are turning our garage into a room for him until he gets better.......but his goal is to be independent, and I know it will happen! (then we will have a really neat game room! :) He is coming home in 7 days!!!
I spent the day with him yesterday. Still had blood pressure problems, but good rehab. His girlfriend has gotten goofy, and looks like she is gone. I know that has been hard on him, but trials always bring out the true character in a person.......right?  We never have enough excitement around here. LOL

Location: Tom, Oklahoma | Sorry I have not posted an update in the last few days, but we are busier than "a cat covering it up"
Ryon is coming home TUESDAY!! We are frantically trying to get his room ready, (converting our garage to a 400 sq. ft bedroom for him).
He is doing "ok". His blood pressure keeps dropping. :( bout the time he really starts working it drops dangerously low. He does not do it everyday, but it has already happened 3 days this week. And it makes him feel washed out afterwards. From what I understand, this is pretty normal for a SCI patient.
Wanta give a BIG shout out to Marty and Felicia Miller and Woody Woodruff for richly blessing our family!! Thank you all! (Marty and Felicia have given Ryon an Electric Wheelchair, and Woody is letting us use his back up handicap van so Ryon and I can run around until we find what we want)
We have been blessed beyond compare!!
