I have a MSM paternal grand daughter. Her dam is bred very similar to Jill Besplug's "Chic" mare. She is a coming four year old and I LOVE her. When I first bought her she was a yearling and she was WILD, but I think from a lack of handling. She is now close to 16hh and far from what she was as a baby. She is very athletic, smart, willing and a overall joy to be around. She is slow loping the pattern and I hope to futurity her here in Canada as a five year old. She takes everything in stride and my younger sister who is a very beginner rider has rode her in the arena and on the trails with no problems. Even if she doesn't make a barrel horse she will be staying at our place for awhile. I will say though she seems to be accident prone lol. I will try and post a picture, not sure it will work though. She is almost a July baby though so she is a few months behind in age compared to the other futurity horses
