Location: In my own world | My mare has been diagnosed with EPM. We just finished our first months treatment. She has made huge improvements and I am going to treat her for another month. Vet and trainer recommended an immunity supplement.
She is super picky with her feed. She drives me nuts. She can tell if there is something new in it. She can also be nervous, she is 4, and unseasoned.
I would like an ulcer prevent too or something that is an all in one since she is so dang picky.
Looking at: Morinda care. Smart paks. THE. Animal element, although the immune support is really expensive
suggestions?

| You hit THE on the head, honestly.
Either Performance Blend of Muscle Mass w/ Ulcer Prevent/Immune/EPM
You're really looking at less than $1 on the Performance Blend - retail on that (for the smallest amount) is 80 servings - which comes to $60 + $10 for your three special blends. $70 + shipping.
It's 75% money back guarantee if she won't eat it.
Although, I'm a dealer and I've had a few people tell me they have picky eaters, but not on returned bag even though it does have a scent. |

Location: Smack Dab in the Middle | My mare has done ABSOLUTELY AMAZING on Animal Element Detox, and I'm getting ready to add in Immune for the winter to see how she does on that. I like the detox because it helps her everywhere...gut health, mentally (she is a fruit bat), keeps her cycles MUCH quieter, joint health, hoof health, etc. Helping with her cycles is key because she was relapsing every time she'd cycle becuase it caused her so much inflammation and stress. I also give her In The Zone paste at races to keep her stress level down there. She is doing phenominal!
P.S. my mare is picky too, but really eats the detox very well. I can't get her to eat other supplements--I can seriously measure out a full scoop of Vit E from the bottom of her bucket every single time I try to give it to her. But she cleans up the Detox very well. |

Location: In my own world | Thanks for the replies, got some new ones I will look into also...my vet and trainer recommended the Smart Paks, ultra protect and gastro, but they are expensive too. Vet gave me a free tub of the gastro, it's pelleted and guess what? Miss picky spit out all the pellets of the gastro! She is a nightmare.
To all of those with pickies like me. I have found that I can hide a lot of stuff in Purina Hydration hay. I have to order it to get it but she likes it and will eat any powder mixed in |

Tried it, no go! She is the worst ever! Every other horse here eats like a Hoover vacume, stuff they aren't even suppose to eat, but the one that I need to eat special stuff, nope. I did our first month treatment with a liquid I squirted in her mouth. She hates me now. I know it tased bad. I got some pellets this time. We shall see if she sniffs them out |

| I thought my colt wasn't going to eat beet pulp. I was like great. It took him a day or two, but now he doesn't mind it one bit! |

| Ok I have my flame suit on for protection. The way my vet explained EPM treatment is Equine Chemo. That being said I would get any I had on EPM treatment on the AE performance detox. I would add the AE immune. I have tried other products but always come back to Animal Element. |
