Subject: Free Swing Stirrups?..

Does this mean that the stirrups are hung on the underside by a 'D' ring? Kind of like the treeless saddles? For example, I have a Tammy Fischer Treeless by Circle Y, and I am interested in the Josey Ultimate Cash by Circle Y…which states that it has the 'Free Swing Stirrups'. Are these different from a regular old style saddles which have the leather stirrups on the back side not the D ring with nylon?

I hope this makes sense lol..
