Extreme Veteran Posts: 477	I just sold a saddle on Ebay and I have to wait 3 weeks to get my money. Paypal holding the money must be a fairly new thing. I sold things a couple of years ago and got the money right away.

Veteran Posts: 141 Location: Centerville, TN	The last time I used my debit card was on PayPal and my number was stolen. My card was used in Atlanta, Germany, France and other places. I will never use PayPal again. Still haven't gotten my money back, don't know if I ever will. And here it is close to Christmas and I don't get another pay check till the end of the month.

Member Posts: 9	To do email money transfers both party's need to be registered for online banking at there own bank. You basically go into your bank acct online and do a transfer...much like paying bills online...then an email is automatically sent to whatever email you have entered for it to go to and that person clicks on a link in the email that takes them to there online bank where they login and follow the prompts...they have to enter a password that you sent them in a separate communication. When they have done this the $$ are instantly deposited to that acct. I was skeptical at first as well but having received $$ that way this past week it is easy and seams really safe! I talked to my bank and they said it is no different then doing a wire transfer as far as safety goes! I never thought to ask them about disputed items!
