Location: Never in one place long		I don't think they should be banned but abusing these animals is in NO way acceptable, they are making a ton of money off them so treat them right!!! Give them time off, proper health care, food and for heaven's sake don't make them work if they are lame! SIck of seeing animals not treated properly!!

Agree 100%  st augustine had people petition for a year before someone listened.. but now horses have their own parking areas and water hoses by each space.. with buckets and shade.. no working in summer and no working in extreme cold and bad weather.. lots of regualtions and it seems to be working..well
