Location: Adopt a homeless pet - www.petfinder.com! | Anyone sent in a transfer recently? I'm wondering how long it's taking. I did a transfer last spring when their computer system was down and it took months to get it back. Just wondering. |

Location: Nevada | I just sent in a bunch with my stallion report at the end of November and I got them back right after Christmas, which I thought was fast with all the holidays and all the stallion reports being due. |

Location: SW North Dakota | I sent in a transfer papers and also to get a weanling registered about a month ago. The transfer came back but I'm still waiting on the weanlings papers. Not sure what the hold up is on that one. |

Location: Oregon | hhmm, I was registering my 5 year mare and I started this process last march, ended up haveing to have her (which I knew I would) and her mom DNA-ed and then the sent me a letter that they were no longer running there special on reg rates and that I owed them more money, I got my Dams papers back but nothing on the filly yet other then they excepted her Reg name and # but no papers.
They cashed my last check paying them off in full back in SEPT..... Should I be worried?

Location: Peg-Leg Julia Grimm | Sometimes the file gets bogged down. If you think it's been too long I would call them. I sent two mares papers in to transfer at the same time. One came back in 4 weeks the other didn't. I called them and they didn't know why. I got them in another week.
If you register foals online they get them done lightning fast. It's never taken more than 10 days from submitting them to getting them in the mailbox. |

Location: SE KS | I registered my weanling with DNA & it took about 4 wks total that was in Nov. Then in Dec. sent a transfer in got back in about 4 wks. I thought it was pretty fast, after all the horror stories I have heard!! However, I was all set to call on the 5th week if I didn't have something from AQHA!!!

Location: EDGE OF INSANITY | they've had my registration applications for 4 months now it seems like its this way every year-but we do send in 15-20 apps every year so i don't know if thats the reason why it takes so long? i did get a refund check yesterday though because we had sent in too much money. but i thought that was weird bc in the past they've always just credited our account. |

Location: Desert Land | I have submitted 2 new foal registrations and 2 horse transfers in the past couple of months. The first foal went quick and smooth, but the 2nd took a while due to additional pictures being needed. But the transfers were both really quick within a couple of weeks. |

| I just got a one back and it took 3 or 4 weeks and that was with Christmas in between sending them and receiving them back. If everything is in order and it's a simple transfer I can't imagine that it would take more than a month. |

Has your friend called them to find out what the heck the problem is? Or at least to find out if they even received the transfer in the mail? |
