Location: Where the blacktop ends | Curious how everyone uses their Back on Track Products. After reading their website you must use them starting out 3-4 hours and graudually work up, so after you have worked up do you put your BOT products on everyday even though you are not running? (hock wraps, boots/blanket)
Any info would be great!

Location: NE Oklahoma | With the weather here being crappy I haven't been getting to ride, but I put my blanket, neck cover, and quick wraps on pretty much every night since my horse is stalled overnight. |

Location: up to my waist in you know what | I'd like to know what everyone else does but I do put all my BOT stuff on at night at feed time and take it off the next morning but that only happens maybe 4-5 times a week. I think it was a good habit to start as it gets pretty warm here during the day, even in the winter. I will put it all on if it is cold outside and I know I will ride in a few hours or if I am trailering somewhere to ride. |

Location: N Texas | I have only used the Quick Wraps. I got them to help my gelding heal from a tendon injury, so I only put a wrap on one leg. I followed the directions and worked him up to wearing it 12 hours a day. I would put it on at night and then take it off in the morning, every single day. If it was really muddy, I would leave it off for a couple days until it was dry enough that it wouldn't get filthy. I haven't been as diligent lately, but when I do use it, I just put in on for 12 hours, I don't worry about a "work up to 12 hours" routine.
My PHT wraps should be in today, and I'm pretty excited about using them because I can leave them on 24/7. |

Location: Wyoming | Depends. Anywhere from a few hours to overnight for the wraps and with the sheet I use overnight and/or all day or in the trailer or as a liner.
The only reason they recommend starting out with just a few hours is because in certain circumstances it can cause soreness issues due to inflammation . It's just a precaution.
I wore my BOT tshirt all day yesterday. This was the first time I've worn it. It was so soothing and warm. No soreness. :) |

Location: TEXAS | We have been using BOT since they very first came out, and we use them ALL the time. When my mom was on the road this summer, her horses lived in all of the BOT stuff (blanket, hood, quick wraps, knee wraps, hawk boots, etc.) Our horses stay in them all night, and we use the BOT blanket as a sheet under their big heavy blankets in the winter. What's really cool, is in the summer time we put the BOT blanket on and if they sweat, it's only on their chest, nowhere else on their body. We use all of the human products as well. We love our BOT :) |

Location: Washington | I usually don't use them in the off season, but use them very often during the season. I put the No-Bows on everytime we haul and are stalled. The Quick Wraps go on after a run at home, and my one horse also wears his sheet up until he runs at every race. I really love all my BOT products and want to invest in the hock wraps, the neck piece, and another sheet for my other gelding. |

Location: Mid-Michigan | I don't want to steal the thread, but has anyone used the saddle pad liner? I just got one for Christmas but haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Just wanted some input if it helps with back soreness or whatnot....
On another note, I have been wearing my BOT wrist braces every night since I've got them and I have seen a major difference!!!! I cant wait to see what difference it will make on my horses :) |

| I use the saddle pad...I haven't seen a big difference. And the only real problem I had was that it slipped when I put it with the ESP classic equine pad. But I don't ride a really tight saddle anyway. But I am happy with it. |
