We need to get a new drag/ground tool and I'd prefer a 3-point hitch type.  We have a fair amount of clay so the drag MUST be able to break up compacted clay.  Any input on the TR3's, Black Widow, Reveal 4 N 1, etc?  I have never used any of these before and would love to hear your opinions.

My friend has a Revel 4 in 1.  I've seen that work excellent on everything from black dirt to a mix to pure sand.  Really nice digger.

We have a TR3 and I love it if you do get one be sure to add the profiler it makes a big difference . We used it an arena that gets very hard and most people break parts on their drags when working it. It worked great and everyone loved the ground after. My ground is very powdery but will pack hard after a rain and it has done a great job of keeping it in shape.

We have a TR3 also and just love it. My arena had never been worked up when we bought it and it worked it up real well. Don't have the profiler yet, but going to get it this year.

Black Widows are SA-WEET! They use them at quite a few big races here in the NW and the ground is always STELLAR

I have a very clay hill that we've added sand to and the 3 pt rototiller is seriously the bomb.

Thought I'd update....

We went with a TR3 and so far I'm very happy with it.  Our arena is mostly clay and it gets compacted very quick.  The TR3 has broken apart the hard pan and with a few passes it has left a great surface to ride on.  I'll get more aggressive with it when spring finally arrives but so far so good!!!

We use a blackwidow.  It is the best out there in my opinion.
