Love the window frame idea and I just happen to have one that I've been wondering what to do with!

Maybe a dumb question - but how did you attach the buckles?

I just had this built last week for a few of my buckles, including my husbands and little boy's first buckle they won :) I wanted something simple and that looked very rustic. Jack is on FB under JC's Creations and does an awesome job. This is his first buckle display woodwork he did and I love it!

You can either hang them by the tongues, or as I did. Hook tongue on one side and the bar side hangs on an little "s" hook.

I'm horrible at starting something and not completely finishing it. I still need to add more pictures, fill with buckles and make sure the frames are straight but you can get the idea. I got the frames at Walmart before Christmas a few years ago and I think I  have $36 in them. Put them on the wall with the removable velcro 3M strips. Most of the pictures are of the kids competing because I never got around to pulling ours out LOL

cranky B4 10am - 2014-01-12 7:43 PM  I don't have any buckles, so no problem for me... Maybe someday I will have one... Oh well, there are bigger issues in life.... right... Love those picture frames tho!!

Haha, me too! The few buckles I have won so far, are on my belts that I wear.

Maybe someday I'll have the "problem" of having too many buckles.

I would like to get a coffee table, but decided on a buckle tree. Its made of horseshoes and is shaped like a pine tree. I get it next month!

I just bought one from Brent Puhls photography and LOVe it. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and I love that you can buy them with various picture and buckle options. I had one made with 1 8 x 10 and two buckle holders. as said great workmanship.. thanks Brent

Cowjazz - 2014-01-13 11:19 PM Is the email correct? [email protected]?

I just resent them.

Awesome I just got them, I love this ideal. Ok I will have to resize so it will take a min.

Cowjazz I love this ideal, its really cute and I have a couple of window frames just like these going to have to give it a try.

That's really cool!

I had a coffee table built for my daughter's buckles (only a few are mine...lol). It use to be cute and organized. It has cow hide under the buckles, but you can't even see it any more. We have them just thrown in there and a few other places....

puhlsphotography - 2014-01-12 5:32 PM these are just a few of the ones I do. I have a lot more on my face book page under Puhls Picture Frames. I can make them however you want and can do any metal cutouts you want

I display mine in a frame, much like # 3 in these pics.

I think its time for another coffee table to be built.
