Ok, anyone have a link or know where to find exact laws about coggins testing in Missouri? Well more the consequences of selling a horse without current coggins? I'm trying to help a friend out. She was sold a horse and the old owners will not give the supposedly current coggins to them. I know they should have gotten at that time, but what's done is done on that. Live and learn, but old owners are saying there is no law stating they have to provide current coggins.
