| As far as I know back on track products are not magnets. They are ceramic. So the products are completely different |

| Sorry. Didn't communicate we'll. I realize they are different but was wondering the benefits of each and why would you use each one?

Location: N Texas | Yes, as others have said, they are two completely different therapies, but both are excellent products. I have both the PHT quick wraps and BOT quick wraps.
BOT reflects heat back to the body using ceramic technology, whereas PHT uses magnets to increase circulation. BOT products do not contain magnets.
For a blanket, I'd go with PHT because you can leave it on 24/7 and it does not trap heat, whereas BOT creates warmth. So you can use PHT year-round. |

Depending where you live you can use BoT year round as well!! You just don't need to leave it on for long periods of time, which you shouldn't anyway. And by that I mean not 24/7. |

I was wondering about that, if leaving the BOT sheet on during the summer would be ok. It gets HOT here in the summer, and I don't know how comfortable I'd be with that. The website says the horse won't overheat with it on, I'm just curious if anyone has actually left a sheet on for a long period of time when the temps are in the upper 90's or 100's. |

Location: Riding Crackhead. | I have a bunch of PHT products and love them to death. I won some awards from the UBRA and used my money to buy a BOT mesh sheet. I have no idea if I'll use it and how much but I sure as heck didn't need any more tack or coats so BOT was the route I went. I bought myself a tshirt last fall for myself. I don't have much for aches and pains so can't tell you if it works or not. |

| I think for arthritis I would go with PHT.
I can testify that I use to have terrible knots in my shoulders from being a poorly postured desk jockey. I bought myself a BOT long sleeve and I love it. My back feels much much better. Additionally I've been working out 6 mornings a week and it really helps with the muscle soreness. I'll be buying the pants by next winter too, they make kick butt long johns.
I am undecided about where I'll invest my money for the pony's first blanket. I'm torn between bot, PHT, or a pair of soft rides since we're stalled on concrete for bonus race. Hopefully the tax man will be kind and afford me 2 of the 3... |

If you visit the research forum I have explained this numerous times. Short recap. BOT IS NOT MAGNETIC THERAPY!!! It is heat therapy |

Location: Here | Also google has some great research that explains how heat therapy should not be used if an injury exists. PHT there is no guess work. You can use our products with confidence anytime |
