They throw it around looking for all the alfalfa leaves. When we dole it out and fork it over the fence they clean all of it up. It is too d@amn cold out right now to do that though, so, they are eating free choice from the round bale feeders until this cold snap is over.

We love our net so much bought a second one this winter. I think that they made the large round bale even bigger. The one we bought this year seems bigger than the one bought a year ago. Your horses might not be to happy for a day or 2 but once they figure it out they will be fine.
