I'm getting by coming 3 yr old cow bred filly back from the trainers this weekend .. She's isnt a hard keeper but not a real easy keeper either as of now .. I think she will be on the easier keeper side though. I think seniorGLO would be a perfect for for her bc it is a little less fat than the TC senior .. But I am torn between the two :/

Well I can't get triple crown here so it made my decision all the easier. Its really only what 2% difference in fat? Not enough to make that much of a difference in my opinion. Whats the feeding rate of the TC? Correct me if I'm wrong but didnt I read somewhere nutrena took over manufacturing or something like that. Some stories of the feed changing or not being consistant anymore ? I like ADM feeds, always have.

Yes, nutrena did take it over . It seems consistent to me.. Maybe a little off sometimes .. But nothing like purina lol they are down right ridiculous . I have seen great results with TC . I already feed it to my heard is why I was wondering what my 3 yr old would do better on. The minimum feeding rate of the TC is 5 - 6 lbs for a 1,000 lb horse . So a little less feeding rate on the adm. What is the lowest lbs you can feed of the seniorGLO . I read 4- 8 lbs on their website .. But I also read 3-8 on a brochure adm emailed me . So I'm not sure if the minimum is 3 or 4 :/

Im going to start with 5lbs a day (well when I work him up to that) and see how it goes. Only one of mine is getting this feed for now. But if it does well for him I may switch the others too. I found out yesterday I have access to all the adm feeds so that's great. I already feed the minerals . My horses love it.
