Anyone have any suggestions for saddles/pads that have help decrease back pain? I've heard Thin Line pads are great with shock absorption. Any others?

I am not sure about pads but I know that my Debra Sibley is the only saddle I can do long trail rides in. It has reduced back and knee pain for me.

My back started bothering me while I was riding about six or seven years ago. I had a Martha Josey. Bought a Crown C and no more back ache. I tried out a Jackie Jatzalu treeless and back pain again.
