Location: Wyoming- where its always windy! | I'm looking at 2 lightly used saddles, one is a TC, the other a Corriente. Similar conditions and prices. Which one would you choose? I've never ridden either. |

Location: Jersey Girl | When I was looking for a saddle I tried a TC and didn't like it. I felt like it pitched me forward.
Never ridden in a Corriente so can't help you there.

Location: Kansas and loving it | I love my corriente, I have tried crown c saddles and steinhoff, which are nice saddles; nothing bad to say. My corriente fit my legs better. |

Location: Fort Collins, CO | i feel like these are two different categories! i've never ridden in a triple creek but i hear they are very nice.
I have a trophy corriente and I hate it. rode in it 5 times, and it sits in my house for a reason. bought a billy cook instead and i love that. JMO though! |

| I have had alot of higher end barrel saddles. I purchased a Corriente so I could ride in the rain and not worry about it so much. Its the only saddle I use now. Quality is not the best but it fits my horse better than the rest. I think they are worth the $500 bucks. Triple Creek are very nice looking! I have never been in one but the pics that I see everybody posting look to me like the TC saddles are a little perchy. |

Location: Washington | To me they don't compare. I love my Triple Creek and hate the Corriente I have. It throws me forward, the stirrups are way to free moving, and it doesn't fit any of my horses correctly (pinches like crazy).
So TC hands down for me (coming from a Double J person). |

Location: Oklahoma | I own two Corriente saddles. I bought one a few years ago and then won the second last year for a rodeo queen contest. I was so excited that it was corriente! I love my corriente saddles. Granted, I might not compare them to billy cook saddles or anything really high end, but they are WELL worth the $500 for a brand new saddle. My rodeo club has worked with the company for years for tropghy saddles as well, good people. But I have never rode triple creek, so i cant help you there. I just know my corrientes are both good saddles |

Location: Arkansas | Just and FYI--Corriente has had a price increase, at least on their roping saddles. They have went from $660 shipped for a basic 1/2 breed to $740. Still a great value, but I would call and check the barrel saddle pricing. |

| I have both- a TC & a Corriente. Hands down LOVE my TC! I only use the Corriente for working colts/riding in the rain/ect. just because I'm not worried about it like I am my TC or Pro Riders. If they're similar in price- I would hands down go with the TC- Just because it is a higher quality you'll be getting.
